Surveying piles of mail... Embarrassed that all this got away...

I feel embarrassed...
I mean where have I been???
I am pulling out gobs of old mail
lots of it junk that I stuffed in a drawer
for later.
Must be months since I have been expanding
expanding
getting high from trips
on the road
creating opportunities
that I have not had time to bring to earth.
I have been feeling stuck--
stuck sitting here in front of the computer
really needing to slow down and
open the mail
so I can get to the other side of this.
It feels embarrassing
to have let go of so much
and realize it is the narrow places
inside me that keep me
feeling so disconnected.
