Ode to Self Love! Today I bring compassion into me to ease tensions through doing Decluttering and taking time to pay some bills that are bothering me.

This is the day of Beauty and Compassion
coming into the area of Foundation of my Life.
I am in the 38th day of the A journey of Awakening
using Kabbalistic Meditations based on the Tree of Life.
Today according to Rabbi Ted Falcon's book:
"I breathe deeply and release the tensions
with which I have surrounded myself.
I become aware of the deeper influence
of Compassion that awaken with me.
This Light flows through me now as a peaceful healing
radiance. I rest in the glow of the Presence within."
He says, "we are beings who aregiven the responsibility
of remembering Who we are. When we sink into despair,
we draw our shells more firmly arout us.
When we open to the joys of existence, our shelsl thin, and we
are better able to awaken to our fuller identity."
Today it is You and Me Babe.
Me and my Inner Lover.
I am going to clear the chair
and find the bill I owe the Tax Collector for the house.
I am going to pay my credit cards.
I am going to write a note or two about the internet
use to my housemates.
I am going to water some plants now.
I am going to eat some blueberries and bee pollen.
It is You and Me Babe,
just you and me.
