System, I would suggest reading the Blogs
I have been writing on Composting and
Biodynmaic Composting.
Building a compost pile is a way to ground
and build your immune system from the ground up.
I attended the birthday party of Peter Dukich
the other day.
The man is now 90.
He has spent most of his life working
directly with the soil.
He is slowing down now and spends
much of his time shifting compost, and making
it into what he calls Peter's Powder.
For the majority of his life, he has had profound
energy and could work from dawn to dusk.
I attribute this to working directly with the Earth.
Here are some blogs to inspire you to
start building a compost pile.
You can start working with earthworms if you like.
