I would like to ask you--Michele,
when you have time--
to go back to the convenience store
and make a list of products and what
they contain and how they affect the bod.
We can include this in an upcoming book
project I want to do, if you are interested.

I think it is facinating to see the foods in the SUPER
DUPER MARKET.
I can imagine giving a TOUR of INGREDIENTS...
I think this is a JOB for many of us!!!!
People need this info, and can be skilled in this!!!
As far as you, Deradune, Please, Please, go get yourself
a portable ice chest and have two freezer
thingies that you keep iced if you need to.
Get the book I wrote for Dr. Jensen called

Start your sprouts and seed trays and carry these with you
as a spiritual part of your journey...
Mandatory if you want to stay in sync with your RAWSOME
WHoLESOME SELF.
The Essenes fasted on the road...and ate RAWSOMELY
at home...of course this is not necessarily appropriate now
considering how the Tree of Knowledge, fragmented
living, is temporarily in charge of our marketplace.
