Yes, I love Einstein too!
We actually have a bagel store in La Jolla near
my surgeon. I go in for an annual check up
and as a ritual have a bagel or two.
I generally avoid bagels, but even Jesus,
in my world view, would eat what was served
on occasion.
I once lost a very dear friend by turning my nose up
at the most loving meal offered
just because it did not meet my health criteria.
I believe that it is the deeper energies that need to be fed.
The foods we choose have a significant impact,
especially when we are not running the deeper energies.
I am feeling frustrated today
and really angry at myself.
I pulled a mercy card from my Angel divination deck.
I know this means give mercy to myself.
I would like to get through the mundane things of record keeping
and I am way behind. I need to do this before I can start to
get to more of the exciting things that are paramount so I can ground
my success at a new level.
I did rework one of my pages.

I am frustrated that I have not learned to successfully market
my work on line.
There is a man named Tom Antion who makes
$50,000 a month on line.
I hope this page improves the situation a bit.
I have not yet sold but a few of my poetry plaques on llne.
I know it has to do with giving away too much,
and not really focused on earning from my work.
RE: the Einstein quote,
"Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts " --Einstein
It is important to count the things that cannot be counted,
and it is important to use time wisely and not waste it with
things that do not matter.
This is a constant struggle.
This is the third week of the Meditations called Counting
the Omer, a seven week preparation
for a renewed "Marriage with God" on the next
Mytical Holiday called Shavuot, June 12.
Here is the meditation for the Day:
"I feel the Light grow clearer in my own heart space.
Now I bring my feelings into the Light. All aspects of my
life are illuminated with special blessing. I awaken to a deep
inner Compassion from which I realize healing and wholeness now."

Here is something else that I feel is important
from that book,
"We are not asked to deny the shadow side of our own being.
We are not asked to pretend that the problematic aspects of our
existence and our struggles for awareness do not exist.
Wea re asked to bring these struggles with us, to discover ways
to walk with our fears as alllies, to release the power hidden within them."
This is so deep: The power hidden within the cracks!!!!!
The power in the narrow places!!!
I was writing about the image of a flower the other day
in my Blog. What prevents the flower of human potential
from fully opening? I sense it is the stuff in the cracks,
the stuff in the narrow places. This is the stuff we want
to cleanse out so we can be "one unbroken wholeness
in flowing movement."
I have watched myself go on cleansing regimens that have
failed severely.
They have failed because I cleared out physically what was there,
and then I revealed monstrous feelings and stuffed energies
that now surfaced.
The traumas are stored in these places,
in these narrow places!!!
We better have some great "gardening tools"
ready when we release them.
Look at all the failed attempts we do
to cleanse.
The Will alone cannot do it, nor can the mind alone do it.
Love can do it.
For me friends help alot.
It is very good being in touch with you,
