These are the 10 Golden Rules of Health by Dr. Jack Ritchason. I am still shaking trees for the Dr. Jensen Land Project. It is some part of me that does not want to give up this dream. I want to find the way that this can work. Dr. Rictchason also speaks of Herings Law of Cure, a basic teaching of the healing crisis. Herings Law of Cure is something we all need to know.

I am feeling a ton of anger and disappointment.
I am organizing some papers RE: all the work
I have been putting in on the Dr. Jensen Hidden
Valley Land Project.
I would like to put more juice into the Dr. Jensen
Tribute website.
I am fussing over one lost phone number for Dr.
jack Ritchason, one of the old allies of Dr.
Jensen. I met Jack years ago at the Ranch.
He has done quite well for himself over the years.
I would like to see the land fall into the lands of
the right people.
Jack was one of the original members of Dr. Jensen's
Iridology International.
One of my leading sponsors has opened my eyes
to what it would take to borrow $1.5 million.
I would be committing my life to this project.
I am reframing to my original goals,
and would like to see the land come into the right hands
of someone who knew Dr. Jensen.
A group purchase will take lots of effort on my part.
I am feeling lots of my other creative "babies"
yelling for attention.
I am feeling a need to get some completes for
the Natural Products Expo West.
I have placed a call into Jack, letting him know the
Ranch is for sale.
The following are of of the lists I am finding for Jack
on the internet.
#10 was called Herings Law of Cure. It is one of the basic
teachings that Dr. Jensen taught. I cannot say
I fully understand this rule of the healing crisis.
Maybe when I hear from Jack I will ask about that too.
Basically, when we are healing symtoms come up
as we get better. It is not always clear by feeling alone
to imagine that we are getting better. Sometimes
we feel worse before we feel better. This is no time
to take drugs again or give up hope.
Iridology in the hands of someone like Jensen helped his
patients feel o.k. about the healing crisis.
Jack is also one of the great ones regarding Iridology.
It has to do with the laws regarding the Healing Crisis.
Herings Law of Cure is something we all need to know.
As we heal, the old complaints return. We cannot
tell up from down. This is no time to give up.
Ten Golden Rules of Health and Healing

1. Stop putting poisons into your body.
2. Support your body's healing efforts. It takes 5-7 times more nutrition to rebuild and repair than it does to maintain.
3. Be patient and persistent. Nothing heals in the human body in less than three months — then add one month for every year the condition has existed.
4. Have moderation in all things.
5. Make peace with Nature.
6. Live closer to God.
7. Accept responsibility for yourself and your health.
8. Make as much of your diet as possible be raw whole foods.
9. Exercise regularly for the rest of your life.
10. Practice and learn to understand completely Hering's Law of Cure. Hering states, “All cure starts from the inside out, from the head down, and in the reverse order of symptoms as they have been suppressed.”

About Us
Dr. Jack Ritchason entered the health field in 1963 and has been on the move ever since . . . literally. As a much-in-demand lecturer on an array of topics including herbs, vitamins, nutrition and Iridology, he is constantly sought after for both national and international speaking engagements.
Dr. Ritchason graduated in 1979 as a Naturopathic Doctor from the Arizona College of Naturopathic Medicine, a branch of the American University of Natural Therapeutics and Preventative Medicine. He also holds top positions in several multi-level companies, including the title of Senior National with Nature's Sunshine.
In addition to the great amount of respect he has received for his work with these organizations, Dr. Ritchason is also acclaimed for what he has accomplished in the field of Iridology. He is considered one of the top Iridologists and teachers of Iridology today. To help share his knowledge in this field with others he created an Iridology home-study course in 1981.
Dr. Ritchason has also transferred much of his knowledge to the written page. He wrote the book The Little Herb Encyclopedia, Revised. Published in both English and Spanish, it is one of the top-selling herbal books today. He also wrote The Vitamin and Health Encyclopedia and co-wrote Cook Right to Eat Right.
Despite all that he has accomplished, Dr. Jack Ritchason continues to expand his own knowledge and the knowledge of others in an effort to make the world a healthier place.
