He is a master Essene Teacher
and Raw food expert.
I am going to take on some of the issues
that he discusses in the coming months.

when I start discussing some of the reasons
that some of us are good eating raw and some not.

Gabriel is vegan and raw
and lives a lifestyle that goes with raw.
If you are not practicing some of the spiritual
principles that Gabriel follows,
I would go slow with raw.
He balances diet and lifesty.e.

He dances in his
Shabbat, his spiritual observance,
every Friday night. He takes a whole
day off once a week for deep spiritual work.
Gabriel has many
spiritual practices he does every week.
The Essene lifestyle is one that
goes with raw food. There are
also others.
Whatever path you follow, you need
a spiritual focus if you intend
to be balanced on raw foods.
Dr. Jensen taught that a successful vegetarian
has worked out the "fight," the
argumentative part of themselves.
A person who still has fight and is
argumentative about what is the best
diet, will likely not have the nutritional support
to be a successful vegetarian.
