Recommended Taste Treat!!!
(Plant Your Dream!)

Recommended Taste Treat!!! by YourEnchantedGardener .....

Thanks for having breakfast with me! I am enjoying some basmati rice slow cooked with some jumbo raisins and lots of water in the brew. It is easy for me to digest. My bowel likes this often. I have discovered a new taste treat that is sweet and satisfying, and crunchy, but good for health. It is wheat free, and a high energy cereal. It is called Yammit! MY old friend Jay Robb makes it as one of his products.

Thanks for having breakfast with me! I am enjoying some
basmati rice slow cooked with some jumbo raisins and lots of water in the brew. It is easy for me to digest. My bowel likes this often. I have discovered a new taste treat that is sweet and satisfying. It is wheat free, and a high energy cereal. It is called Yammit! MY old friend Jay Robb makes it as one of his products.

Jay lived @ the Enchanted Garden here is San Diego
when he first came to San Diego.

He gardened for us in trade for living room.
He also had an office here, where he spent time
writing his book.

Today he is a millionaire.

I met his delightful National A ccount
Executive Heather gervasi at the Natural
Products Expo West.

I told her the story of how Jay started here.
She was so enthusiastic.
Then I told another story--When my first VW
van was stolen around 1990,
I suffered for a few months without a van.
You can read that story on my Blog here.

Jay sold me 'The Magic Bus"
He loved that VW van very much.
It became the EG Mobile.
I still drive it ten years later!!!

I love that VW.
It runs on pure love as well as gas.
It is white and has a green strip.

It hardly ever breaks down, except in easy places.
Generally, I do prevention maintenance.
It takes me where I need to go. It has a seat
that fits my body. I cannot drive too many vehicles
for body comfort.

I am about to call Heather and tell her how much
I love YAMMIT!

I am about to ask her to make some calls for me to
Tom Wootton. She was one of the people who called him for me from the NPEW. I would like to earn some more
of the funds that Tom is going to give me for spreading
the buzz about the sale of the Hidden Valley Health Ranch.

Have a great day!
Your Enchanted Gardener,
Leslie

Get Energized With Yammit!

YAMMIT! our premier energy product, contains high-energy nuggets that are made from dried sweet potatoes and taste like sweet corn flakes (I think they taste better). Yams and sweet potatoes are a slow-releasing complex carbohydrate, making YAMMIT! the perfect alternative to cheap malto-dextrin (corn starch) and fructose which are highly refined carbohydrates. Our new product is a whole food product…YAMMIT!

You can eat it as is for a quick-energy snack, or sprinkle over salads, yogurt, soup, potatoes, chili, or steamed vegetables. YAMMIT! is also great in protein drinks or in Jay's famous YAMMIT! Milk Shake (recipe is on the new label). If you are active, your body needs slow-releasing "safe" carbohydrates. YAMMIT! is the world's first complex carbohydrate nugget that is naturally derived from dried sweet potatoes. You are going to love it…YAMMIT!

Information for Jay Robb's Yammit Low Glycemic Sweet Potato Nuggets

If you are active, your body needs slow releasing "safe" carbohydrates. YAMMIT! is a perfect carbohydrate source because yams and sweet potatoes are low on the glycemic index, meaning they break down and enter the bloodstream slowly. Slow-releasing carbohydrates allow you to avoid the typical sugar highs and lows that certain concentrated carbohydrates can cause.

YAMMIT! is ideal for athletes, bodybuilders, active individuals, children, teenagers, and adults.

Eat as is for a quick energy snack, or sprinkle over salads, yogurt, soup, potatoes chili, or steamed vegetables! Great in protein drinks or in Jay's famous YAMMIT! ice cream!

For Training: 20-30 minutes before a workout or training session, mix 2 scoops YAMMIT! in water and blend or stir until well dissolved, then drink. Two scoops of YAMMIT! will sustain a medium sized athlete for approximately a 1 to 2 hour workout. For longer events or training time, simply drink 1-2 more scoops of YAMMIT! and GO!

TAKE THE YAMMIT! CHALLENGE!
Workout as you normally would and note your energy levels. Then, 20-30 minutes before your next workout, drink 1-2 scoops of YAMMIT! mixed in water and note the energy you have during that workout. I think you will be amazed!

Post-Workout Recovery Drink
In a blender place 12 ounces of water, 1 scoop of YAMMIT! and 1 scoop of one of our Jay Robb's Protein supplements. Blend and drink within 30-minutes after a hard workout or training session.
