The California Poppies are beginning to show orange color.
The fava beans are tall, about one to three feet, still putting out their flowers. Lots of pregrant oranges are visible. They are in the sexy like stage where the outer petals have fallen off revealing what looks like penis's, but toward the bottom

I am sad to see that the nectarine tree was covered with slugs last night. Many of the baby fruits have been eaten including the fruits that would have been growing where I was doing my ritual work for the healing of one particular relationship here at home. I sense that much progress has been made in that relationship, so the intention was in part fulfilled, but I wanted to record the full development from flower to fruit in my photography.

I am not sure how many frutis the tree will give.

I am going to put some something--some substance
at the base of the tree or at least some branches to block further slugs from eating the crop.

The comfrey is starting to come up, and so is the horseradish.

The lemon balm is looking really great in some small patches.

The barley, grow in ritual to inspired my Jewish friends to grow their own Omer--a Jewish Tree of Life practice--is turning yellow and near harvest.

The grape start from a cutting is doing well, as our some of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs that students from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine planted here.

Lots of Job's Tears are coming up around the base of
root stock I transplanted.

A lovely rain is coming down again. I am so happy
