1. Hydrate and Reduce Bloat

One of the easiest weight loss tips is making sure you're drinking enough water. Your body needs water for organ function, regulating body temperature and to aid in weight loss. When you become dehydrated, your body attempts to hold onto water causing bloat. If you've ever wanted to know how to lose water weight efficiently, staying hydrated allows your body to release it. Aim for at least eight cups of water per day and more if you're active.

2. Put Your Walking Shoes On

If you want to shed extra weight but you're not a fitness freak, put on your walking shoes! Walking is an easy exercise that provides massive benefits such as weight loss, improved cardiovascular health and reduced blood pressure. If you're a beginner, start with 10-15 minutes of walking per day and work your way up to a half-hour. Walking is a terrific exercise that anyone can do, and it doesn't require any special equipment other than a comfy pair of sneakers.

3. Beef Up Your Protein

Adding more protein to your diet is another shamelessly easy way to lose more weight. In simple terms, foods high in protein, such as red meat, eggs, dairy and beans, help keep you feeling full. 4. Commit to Healthy Meals at Home

Your best bet for shedding pounds is to limit these sweet treats or ditch them altogether. Your body and your waistline will thank you.

6. Have Fun and Don't Overthink It

Procrastinating on your weight loss goals is one thing, but if you're sabotaging your efforts by overthinking it, it's time to let loose and have some fun. Losing weight doesn't need to be a torturous chore you dread every day. Pick an activity you truly enjoy whether it be hiking, roller skating, swimming or jumping on the trampoline with the kids.
