This writer had an unexpected "visit" from essentially a "neighbor" who doesn't seem to be getting the repeated requests to kindly send a message ahead of such encounters - (must do at least one "dyad" with them about this at next opportunity!). This writer made mention of the first Organic Law: "The Declaration of Independence" in context of the subject matters that were presented and the importance of knowing what this Declartion says re: our "Unalienable Rights" and especially what: "unalienable" means. In reflecting on what was said at the time this writer would add that our "Rights" include our right to peace! Peace is part and parcel of the Declaration!! As "A Course In Miracles" says: "The peace of God ... only this will we accept and want."[27]*

This writer is truly all-grateful now for another’s non-communication with him (regarding their anticipated follow-up) that he needed for his purchasing essential food and health support items that consequently without having these items over the last couple weeks he's now experiencing increased physical pain! He is grateful that this is giving him additional impetus for re-assessing his relationship with where he lives. (It also underscores his dis-enchantment! ; ~ )

Comment: Virtually every place has its own "field" and therefore one does not necessarily need to have to determine whether or not the above quote applies to where they are. Regarding "belief system" - they also exist everywhere you are! The key in this quoted statement is "attractive to idealists"! The idea of an: "Enchanted Garden" fully qualifies as "attractive to idealists." The only question is has this idea given rise to cultish behaviors.

November 10, 2023 - Closing "The Door To Psychopathy" -
This writer might possibly serve in some way as some kind of bridge from earlier "enchanted garden" days in regards to the "vision" that (like Henry David Thoreau had said) may have been "castles in the air"(Walden 201) that now need the foundations put under them. However, to close "the door to psychopathy" he must wait for life to come to him so that he can respond rather than initiate anything in this regards. (And he's not holding his breath for that! ; ~ )

Comment: This blog-writer got the "Thought" (linked at [25]) after an encounter he had during which he replied to an inquiry that was presented to him immediately in the moment of that inquiry and now with this "Thought" in mind he realizes that he has the freedom to wait before responding so he can enter his "very silent place within" to get the answer that is for the greater good of all, including himself!

She (K) said: "I have to have a therapist."
N: "Are you working with a therapist now?"
K: "She dumped me. I lost that relationship just before I got here. I just want to be happy."
N: I would like you to continue living here."
T: Just ask me for something uplifting. You have a great mentor with N. ... Just go about your recovery. So I'm okay with you staying."
A: "I'm happy to have you here for your recovery."
N: "What kind of support system do you have? Don't expect us to be your support system."
-
Comment: This blog writer is utterly amazed at the extent of the apparent "blinders" by "N", "T", and "A" in their final replies to "K" in the above thread of a live conversation! He is amazed that "K" had clearly said: "I have to have a therapist" which was clearly acknowledged by "N" asking: "Are you working with a therapist now?" followed by "K": "I lost that relationship just before I got here" and yet N, T and A all welcome K continuing as a housemate for "recovery" and yet without any stipulation for getting a therapist! N, T and A are not therapists and neither is this blog-writer! There is an unmet need identified here - based on all that K had just reported (over the preceding two hours - more than can possibly be noted here at this time) and no one but a professional therapist can possibly meet the need/s identified by K!
This writer had asked for a review process (that would then conclude with a decision as to whether or not K would continue as a housemate) yet each of these other housemates apparently ignored the request and made instant decisions! The greater dialogue was rejected! The door to psychopathy has been left open!

April 16, 2022 - Here Comes The "Sun"! -
"True spirituality can be compared to the sun’s work on the earth. Spiritual work is the work of the sun, our spirit, which vivifies and animates our body so that health, light and fulfillment dwell within us. If, day after day, our spirit is clear and purifies our being, new life begins to flow within us. No fulfillment is possible as long as the sun, our spirit, is absent. ..."[21]
--
Therefor - health institutions, detox clinics, cleansing programs and the like where "the sun, our spirit, is absent" are not truly fulfilling the function of restoring health in individuals. This becomes evident when those individuals who have completed their "health program" wind up needing to return for more sessions! A true health program empowers the individual to learn how to "make the sun rise within them every day"!

"You will not find happiness in pleasure, but in work. Does this surprise you? ......... (If so) Then it proves that you have not yet understood what real work is, otherwise you would know that only in such work will you find happiness. It is not a question of depriving yourself of pleasure, but simply of not putting pleasure first or making it the goal of your existence, because it weakens and impoverishes you as all the emotions and sensations you experience gradually burn up your reserves. Instead of making pleasure your goal in life, you must say to yourself, ‘Ah, I must do something sensible, useful and noble with my life’, and then replace pleasure with work. To replace pleasure with work is to replace an ordinary, self-centered activity with one that is more noble and generous, one that expands your consciousness and opens new possibilities within you."[20]

The above "Thought" comes to this Blog-writer very soon after having read and process (to an extent) a reply from a "fellow gardener" in "the enchanted garden" that touched a nerve in regards to his work here that has over twelve years of impact on his "Psyche & Health". And today is another day that he has dedicated "to all natural expressions of every miracle". He further affirms the miracle potential in every thought as he becomes aware of them. Fortunately he has some willingness to allow for a "thought correction", "thought reversal" so that when "a nerve" gets "touched" he can soon become aware of the thought regarding that. This is really the work of the Holy Spirit. At best this writer can only be a witness to that work within his "enchanted garden onion."

There exists many perspectives on "disease" as well as in regards to bodily pains and other physical conditions. All perspectives might possibly be represented on a spectrum ranging from the exclusively physical through layers of the non-physical dimensions of our being such as emotional, mental, etheric, spiritual, etc. If you are open to considering the perspectives beyond just the physical - read on!
"When you experience a physical or psychic malaise, do not try to get rid of it by immediately resorting to medication. First, consider that in giving you this pain, nature is pressing you to do work on the spiritual plane. Try to forget this discomfort for a moment, and meditate, pray, connect yourself to the light. I am not saying that you can cure all your pains by means of thought. But instead of always choosing the easy way to rid yourself of the smallest aches and pains through external means such as tablets, pills and so on, first call upon a spiritual element. Try working with light, love, harmony and purity."[4]

June 5, 2019 - How Odors Can Pass Through "the Door To Psychopathy" -
A housemate has an acute sense of smell. I think it is generally a good thing in terms of environmental awareness and for a number of reasons. However the spirit and manner of how this awareness gets communicated to others is something else. This housemate has consistently expressed fears of catching an infectious disease and/or other health related conditions from the immediate environment in which we live. I have absolutely no control over those fears although I feel for what is evident to me as my housemate's disturbed sense of peace. The manner in which a most recent issue of bad odors was communicated had a kind of toxic impact on this writer. The toxic effect resulted from a combination of withholds, non-direct communications, judgements, accusations, assumptions and the like. All elements that are the antipathy of dialogue. Without dialogue the door to psychopathy is left open! That door was left so wide open in this "most recent issue of bad odors" that this writer has yet to find the words to characterize the extent of "psychopathy" that came through!
--
The "equivalent of innocence" is a required quality for true dialogue. ... anyone serving the function of a mediator needs to begin with encouraging this quality within the parties whom the mediator works with - inviting the participants into accessing this quality within them as their preparation for true dialogue. Otherwise "the door to psychopathy is left open."
... "the essential requirement that a "search for truth'" is a quality that might be considered as "healthy skepticism" as that supports the inquiring nature of dialogue. This is the spirit of "the Fifth Agreement"[12]

"The mind, with its thoughts, is driven by feelings. Each feeling is the cumulative derivative of many thousands of thoughts. Because most people throughout their lives repress, suppress, and try to escape from their feelings, the suppressed energy accumulates and seeks expression through psychosomatic distress, bodily disorders, emotional illnesses, and disordered behavior in interpersonal relationships. The accumulated feelings block spiritual growth and awareness, as well as success in many areas of life."
"... If we dump our negative feelings on others, they experience it as an attack and they, in turn, are forced to suppress, express, or escape the feelings; therefore, the expression of negativity results in the deterioration and destruction of relationships. A far better alternative is to take responsibility for our own feelings and neutralize them. Then, only positive feelings remain to be expressed."[13]

"A housemate" also has a defined emotional center: "All emotional beings set the mood frequency of the environment."[19]
The housemate's Solar Plexus center is defined by way of two other motors: Sacral center plus the Root (Pressure) center! The Heart center (the fourth motor) is also defined however it is in a split definition with G and Throat centers. Therefore the high-energy Emotional center in this design doesn't have a direct expression to/through the Throat center. On top of this the Defined Channel from Sacral to Solar Plexus is all from Design activations. Consequently the impact of the Sacral-fueled emotional waves are largely unconscious.
This individual probably deserves endless empathy. However part of the purpose for knowing your Human Design is to support your awareness of how you impact others through your defined centers. Unfortunately that awareness is not expected to dawn upon this particular housemate; at least not anytime soon while they continue being a housemate. That leaves the need to extend "empathy" for the unconscious suffering of another. Multiply that by a couple billion and you might begin to get a glimpse of the state of the Human condition at this time on the planet.

"Humans are rarely aware of their mental habits. When one person starts a job, they might be immediately stressed and tense; another person’s first reaction when faced with any new situation might be to oppose it or to be critical; another person might feel too weak, and yet another may become quickly discouraged, and so on. But as they are not even aware of their reactions, they can do nothing to address them, and in any given situation, they always find an excuse to adopt a negative attitude. So, the first thing that everyone must do is to study themselves in order to get to know themselves better. The moment they see themselves clearly, they will already have the means to remedy the situation: they will instantly receive a boost and be able to mobilize the possibilities the Creator has placed in their subconscious, their consciousness and their superconsciousness. By developing this habit of studying and being lucid about themselves, they will make progress each and every day."[14]

Absolutely applicable to the preceding "... Door To Psychopathy"! "A negative attitude" opposes the possibility of dialogue. According to the "Gene Keys" attitude is everything in determining our life experience.

Our Vision[i]
A world with clean water and fertile soil achieved by reclaiming the nutrients from our bodies as elements in a life sustaining cycle.
Our Mission
The Rich Earth Institute engages in research, education and technological innovation to advance the use of human waste as a resource.
Through research, demonstration, and education projects, we strive to illustrate the positive effect of this approach in important areas including water quality, food security, energy use, soil health, economic sustainability, carbon footprint, public health, and emergency preparedness.
We seek to bring together the knowledge of many disciplines and professions in order to create workable solutions. For this reason, the various perspectives of sanitary engineers, farmers, water quality advocates, businesspeople, agricultural scientists, and regulators are all represented among our board members and collaborators.
The Institute was founded in 2011, and is developing quickly.[15]

[i] Comment:
Several years this writer very actively participated in house meeting that were intended to form Vision/Mission statements. One of the exercises that several of us did was to identify our values. Composting was one of the top shared values. This was validating and encouraged this writer/composter further on in his dedication to managing the entire composting operation of the whole household completely on his own. The Rich Earth Institute further validates the process this writer/composter includes in his compost management. However the "pee-cycling" has been unilaterally terminated by the house management. There is more that could be commented about this, a lot more however because the house does not have a written Vision Statement that can be referred to there is no real basis to say more other than that the values and devotion of this writer/composter is not affected by the opinions and decisions of others. Urine is a source of nourishment for the Earth, the soil and the plant life and it always has been. It is only the uneducated and consequently prejudiced opinions of others that now stands as the only reference for the unilateral termination of this particular cycle of life. Nevertheless the cycle will continue. Only the compost pile will not benefit for that. Life goes on!

Re: "A negative attitude" (referred to in the second comment above) it appears the primary one I had in mind what writing that has changed tunes based on a repeated apology that was delivered to this writer. Good for them! Bad attitudes can make people sick - even if it's only a head "cold."
Realizations: This writer continues to be devoted to the 4-5 Agreements and made reference to not taking anything personally with the one making the apologies mentioned immediately above here. He also underscores the First Agreement now: "I Am Impeccable With My Word." This writer was tested earlier on this agreement and fortunately learned form that experience without much discomfort. This includes an email to management stating the form of communication that works best for this writer. This also ties into the Fourth Agreement: Always Do Your Best. This writer only want to do his best! Then there is the agreement not to make any assumptions. Interesting to hear management admit that an assumption had been made and in the very next breath justifies it. Since management has not adopted the Four Agreements there is no real shared objective basis for confronting the assumption. Yet this is the very thing that blocked dialogue and thus opened the door to psychopathy!

Most of this writer's quotes of Omraam, probably get posted at one of another of his blogs dedicated to Omraam.[18] The following quote (just received in subscription email) now inspires this writer to post it right here where it serendipitous follows in the same "spirit"!
The Holy Spirit descending upon the human soul is a symbol that can be found in all spiritual traditions in one form or another. But even if it is said that the Holy Spirit ‘descends’ upon humans, it is not an entity external to them: it is their higher self, this divine quintessence placed within them by the Creator, manifesting itself. Saying that humans receive the Holy Spirit means that they have managed to connect with their own spirit, their higher self. Like a drop of water in the ocean, like a spark in the fire, their higher self is made of the same quintessence as the Divine. No event in a human being’s life, no happiness, no grace can compare to this moment when they come into contact with the Holy Spirit. It is like a heavenly lightning bolt. However, it is not because they have received this bolt of lightning that they suddenly possess all virtues. The road to perfection is open to them, but they will still have to work a long time before reaching the goal.[17]

November 16, 2018 - More Regarding The Kidneys -
You’re probably familiar with the western concept of “body, mind, and spirit”. The TCM equivalent of this trio is called “The 3 Treasures”. The 3 Treasures are the esoteric substances that nurture the organ systems and keep the mind, body, and spirit in balance.
Qi, one of the 3 Treasures, is the life force that supplies the body with energy. The second treasure is “Shen”, which is loosely means “spirit”. The third treasure is “Jing”.
What is Jing in TCM?
Jing has no exact English translation, although many people attempt to define it as “essence.” In a way, “essence” is an accurate description. Jing is indeed what makes you, well … you, even before you’re born. Which is why some people equate it to DNA. Like the double strand helix genetic blueprints that determines everything from your hair and eye color, it determines your physical and energetic attributes before you’re born. You inherit this treasure from your parents.
Ancient TCM philosophy theorizes that everybody has a set amount of Jing at birth. A healthy newborn has a lifetime of it accrued in an energy savings account. Your essence enters your body and like a network of tree roots, it anchors all the energy you’ll expend in your lifetime.
So why should you care about Jing if there’s nothing you can do about the essence you’ve inherited? Why should you care about it if you’re born with a predetermined amount of it?
Over the course of your life, if you live a life of moderation, you’ll likely keep a good chunk of it stored in your energy savings account. But if you take out too many withdrawals, your ‘financial essence future’ might not be so bright.
Top 5 things that drain your Jing
Here are a few ways that your essence can leak from the body:
Excessive sexual ejaculation
Lack of sleep and staying up late
Anger
Chronic stress
Drugs and alcohol abuse
Signs that your Jing is leaking excessively
Here are some tell-tale signs that your Jing is draining precipitously:
Accelerated aging (looking older than your real age)
Looking and feeling tired all day
Habitual trouble focusing
Loss of hair
Loss of purpose
If you waste your essence, in theory, your health can suffer because your immunity will be lowered, and will be more vulnerable to the so-called external pathogenic “6 Evils” such as Wind and Cold (or Wind-Cold). Healthy people who maintain their essence, generally speaking, are able to fight off more effectively colds, flus, and allergies.
How can you increase your Jing?
So it is disheartening to think that your life essence is consumed virtually every day. Isn’t it? The good news is there are ways you can preserve or even replenish your Jing. You can prevent your inherited Jing bank account from being drained by eating nutritious foods. Some foods that are especially beneficial for supporting Jing include eggs (both poultry and roe, aka fish eggs); organ meats; bone broth; bee pollen; kidney beans; sea vegetables; royal jelly; black rice; and seeds.
Some Chinese herbs, according to TCM theory can actually replenish Jing. You’re probably familiar with at least a couple of these Jing-regenerating herbs such as goji berry and mulberry. There’s also the legendary anti-aging herb, he shou wu as well as shan yao. Our formula, Hairvive, features he shou wu, which may help you maintain a youthful appearance.
Here are some other ways to preserve or replenish your Jing:
Refrain from frequent self-gratification and sexual intercouse
Practice Qi-building therapeutic modalities such as Tai Chi, Qigong
Meditation
Acupuncture
Jing’s relationship to blood and kidneys
Unfortunately, many people don’t live moderate lifestyles. Too much junk food, not enough exercise, too much stress … this is the normal Jing-leaking lifestyle for far too many people. When your Jing essence leaks, your blood production could become deficient. That’s because, in TCM theory, Jing, which is stored in the Kidneys, travels to the bone, whereby it’s transformed into marrow, which in turn produces Blood.
But let’s get back to chronic stress and examine the link between Jing leakage and western functional medicine. Over the last few years, more attention has been given to adrenal support, or more specifically adrenal fatigue (which is not an official medical diagnosis).
The theory of adrenal fatigue is chronic stress floods the body with cortisol, the stress-regulating hormone. Normal hormonal metabolic pathways become disrupted and diverted under chronic stress in an effort to keep up with the demand to produce cortisol.
And from where is cortisol secreted? The adrenal glands, which rest on top of the kidneys. Remember, the Kidneys are the storage house of Jing. It’s interesting that in both TCM and modern functional diagnostic medicine, stress can wreak havoc on the kidneys.
(This is why it’s important to learn how to manage stress and take all-natural herbal formulas that encourage stress management.)
Sea of the Marrow
Not only is Jing leakage bad for the Kidneys, it can also be bad for the brain. In TCM theory, the brain houses the “Sea of the Marrow”. If you’re leaking too much essence, the Kidneys can become weak, and therefore, the brain may suffer from malnourishment. A malnourished brain can manifest in poor concentration and memory, or feeling confused and foggy-brained.
Another crossover between TCM and western medicine relates to Jing’s role in forming “clear blood,” which in western medicine, translates as “plasma.” Jing produces clear blood in the Liver. In western medicine, the liver plays the major role in producing proteins that secrete into the blood, including major plasma proteins.
For women, menstrual blood can cause major withdrawals of Jing essence. (At ActiveHerb.com, we have all-natural TCM herbs to support menstrual health.)
Jing, Qi and Shen working harmoniously
Jing is the densest, physical matter within the body. Similarly to DNA, it determines our constitution. In fact, according to TCM theory, it nourishes, fuels, and cools the body. When our lifestyles are moderate and we’re eating well, getting enough sleep and managing stress, we support our Qi.
When we contain Jing and don’t let it leak, we possess abundant Qi. Moreover, we feel energetic and vivacious. And when both Jing and Qi are vital, according to TCM logic, our spirit (shen) will also be high.[11]

"If you leave a bit of food around in a room, right away certain insects will appear. If it is a little honey or jam, you will have wasps and flies. If it is cheese, you will have mice. How do these various insects and animals sense from afar that there is something there for them? And to make them disappear, all you have to do is to clean. These well-known details of everyday life help you to better understand certain phenomena of the psychic life. When people entertain certain thoughts, or certain desires or feelings that are neither luminous nor pure, right away entities which like these impurities arrive and make their home in them in order to feed off such impurities. In what state will such people who attract dark entities feel? But if they purify themselves, if they begin to live reasonably, the entities move out, light spirits take their place, and peace and joy will prevail. Very few people know how to read the book of living nature. You will say that these are only small details; yes, but their applications in the psychic life are boundless."[10]

"Understanding how the brain parcels out specific decision-making tasks can offer insight into conditions in which such networks go awry, such as in the case of psychiatric disorders. Depressed people, for example, clearly have difficulty with value-based decision making: because nothing feels good or seems appealing, all options appear equally bleak and making choices becomes impossible. Hoarding disorder, in contrast, may involve overvaluation of certain possessions and impairment of the cognitive control needed to shift one’s attention away from them. That explains why hoarding becomes more important than other life goals like maintaining relationships."[1]

"I reckon that the door to psychopathy must have been left open" - Once Again! -
In a private message to a "fellow gardener" -
While I opened and read your message (he) appeared just a couple feet away from me. So I seized the moment (with your message on the screen before me) as an opportunity to tell him about the door and that it would be very much appreciated to have the door shut. He apparently wasn't able to hear it very well. At first he didn't acknowledge me or what I said at all. He went right into talking about getting appreciation where-ever he went on his trip. While he was talking I suddenly interrupted him asking: "what about what I just said?" He then roughly said "I hear you". I then immediately made note of that (thinking I'd quote that to you later). Then he started to say that he felt I was the cause of his cancer! I quickly responded saying I don't believe that! He replied saying "You don't have to believe it I'm saying I feel ...". I then said "I repudiate that" and I was prepared to express that in even stronger language had he not backed off when I then said: I don't want to continue this conversation with you any more now. He then said he had more to express but was cutting off his emotions cause he realized I don't want to hear about it now ...
No one the cause of his cancer no matter what he feels or says he feels. I don't need any more conversation with him about that.
It would be best for me (and for other/s concerned) not to volunteer any communications that are intended to reach him under this condition as of now.
Writing the above to "a fellow gardener" was most positively without having this blog in mind. Finding my way intuitively to post this here at first simply seemed like the right place for it. Then while rereading this on this page "the door" suddenly stood out boldly in my awareness as directly symbolic and symptomatic of a certain psychopathy!

You Can Never Change Your Life Through Willpower. Here’s What Actually Works.
The opposite of addiction is connection.
...
When you think of the word, “Willpower,” do you think of “individual” or “together”?
...
Willpower is all about the individual. -
Willpower is trying to go it alone. Willpower is an attempt to win a silent battle. It’s the opposite of vulnerability. It’s the opposite of connection.
You’re As Sick As Your Secrets -
Addiction expert and founder of Genius Recovery, Joe Polish, often says, “A person is as sick as their secrets.”
In the book, THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE, Bessel van der Kolk M.D. explains that traumatic experiences halt or “freeze” a person’s development. When a person experiences trauma, they usually keep their pain to themselves. Very rarely do they open up and share what they’re going through.
As a result, their pain gets suppressed. Hence, Dr. Gabor Maté explained in a recent interview with Tim Ferriss, “Trauma isn’t what happens to you, it’s what happens inside you.”
Trauma isn’t necessarily caused by tough experiences. It’s caused by keeping those experiences and the pain or confusion of those experiences to yourself. It’s caused by fighting silent battles. It’s caused by trying to go at it alone.
Addiction therapist and researcher, Arnold M. Washton, Ph.D. said, “Many people think that what the addict needs is willpower, but nothing could be further from the truth.”
Willpower is focused on the self. You can’t overcome an addiction on your own. As Johann Hari explains in his famous TED TALK, the only way out of addiction is through connecting with other people.
Addiction is all about context. So is all behavior.

Most people fail to make positive change in their life because they are trying to do it all themselves. Their silent battles and attempts at willpower only suppress their pain further down.
We All Have Multiple Personalities -
According to neuroscientist, Candace Pert, PhD, in her book, YOUR BODY IS YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, we all have multiple personalities. Bessel van der Kolk M.D. agrees, explaining that certain sides of us are very well-developed, whereas other sides are radically under-developed.
Something may trigger you and all-of-a-sudden the scared 3-year-old version of you shows up. You don’t know how to cope, and you do anything you can to avoid the pain and confusion you’re experiencing. Addiction, then, is a solution to a problem. It’s a solution, albeit an unhealthy and temporary solution, to pain.
When a person gets stuck in their pain and individuality, Bessel van der Kolk M.D. calls it having a “frozen personality.” Which brings up another huge myth and misconception in Western Culture: the idea that we have a fixed and static personality — one we’re born with and one we die with.
We place a lot of emphasis on personality. We believe it’s the “real us.” It’s not.
Your personality is an adaptation to your environment. It’s also an adaptation to the suppressed emotions you have.
When you learn to connect with other people, and learn to get the help you need to heal your suppressed pain, your personality will change. You’ll no longer rely on your crutches. You’ll experience much deeper sides of life.
Beyond that, when you learn to connect with others, you open yourself up to growth and opportunity that could never be available to you with the “lone ranger” mentality.
Connection is the key to growth.
Connection is the key to overcoming addiction.
Connection is required for going much further than you could ever go on your own.
According to Harvard Psychologist, Robert Kegan, there is a 3-step model of “conscious evolution.”
Socializing-self = a person who is highly DEPENDENT. Everything they do is out of fear and anxiety. They do whatever they think other people want them to do.
Authoring-self = a person who is INDEPENDENT. They have their own goals, beliefs, and agendas. They engage in relationships so long as those relationships get them where they want to go. They get much, much further than people stuck in dependence. This level of conscious evolution is most prized in Western Culture, because we’re very individualistic. We’re not as focused on collaboration and connection. Instead, we’re obsessed with what individuals and “super-heroes” can do on their own. Additionally, as a society, we’ve become very addicted, and we’ve lost much of our ability and confidence to truly connect and be vulnerable. Which is why people like Dr. Brené Brown’s work is so important on vulnerability, connection, and courage.
Transforming-self = the highest stage of conscious evolution, which is far more reflective in Eastern Cultures, is where a person becomes INTERDEPENDENT. They no longer try to fight silent battles. They don’t attempt willpower to change their life. They recognize the importance of context and connection. They have their own goals, and views. But they can also see beyond their own mental frame and compare it with other mental frameworks, allowing them to continually weed-out unhealthy and limiting beliefs. Additionally, at this stage, a person has embraced vulnerability and collaboration — connection — so they are constantly doing work with other people where the whole becomes fundamentally different and better than the sum of it’s parts. According to Kegan, only this stage of conscious evolution is conducive to faith, because the actor trusts and expects that the best outcomes will come about, all the while not being obsessed or tied to a certain outcome.
Conclusion -
You don’t just have one personality. You have multiple. And the more holistic you can live your life, and seek connection over willpower, the more you’ll be able to overcome past traumas, and the more you’ll be able to create a much bigger future.
According to Strategic Coach founder, Dan Sullivan, when two people come together who are living in their “unique ability,” they can go 100X bigger in their goals.
As Stephen Covey explains in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People:
“Synergy is what happens when one plus one equals ten or a hundred or even a thousand! It’s the profound result when two or more respectful human beings determine to go beyond their preconceived ideas to meet a great challenge.”
Are you fighting silent battles?
Are you still trying to change their willpower?
Or, are you open to context and connection?[9]

The above mentions of consequences from the misuse of will is underscored by The Human Design System especially regarding individuals with an Undefined Will Center. The individual mentioned previously with his Sun, Mercury and Chiron in Scorpio also has an Undefined Will center. I'm intending to review what Human Design says on this and may possibly quote some of that here especially as it pertains to the deteriorating health of an individual.
One can not "escape" the universal law of sowing and reaping. One way or another we all reap what we sow. You cannot truly hold another accountable for what you sow. Other people do not cause you to have "cancer" (or any "disease". "Cancer" is your own body's special biological survival program that is launched to "buy you time" so you can find the resolution to your own inner conflict. No one creates the conflict within you.
Every thought is a potential seed. We sow seeds every day! Not all seeds are "good seeds". With any "garden" there comes a time when weeding is required and especially if you want to reap a fruitful harvest from your garden! "The garden" is a metaphor for the great within. Your thoughts are firstly and for-mostly within you. It is your own thoughts that sow seeds into the emotional field within you. When upset emotions or "ill" feelings arise look at your thoughts behind them and be willing to do some weeding before claiming another individual is the cause of your ill feelings.
