Days 16- 19 of my water fasting journey

Day 16. 227.4lbs, Waist 105cm Chest 123.5cm
Feeling pretty good today. I'm not sure if it's been bad that I'm doing 10,000-20,000 steps per day but I'm enjoying it which is why i haven't stopped. No acid reflux today, no hunger or pain. It's been a good day.
Day 17. 227lbs, Waist 105cm Chest 123.5cm
Got my results back from my GP. I used to have issues with anemia but this time he said I'm really healthy despite the water fast. The only thing he has an issue with at the moment is that my cholesterol is a little higher than it should be. Which is understandable at my weight. He suggested I start drinking smart water and taking fibre caps. We shall see.
Day 18. 226lbs, Waist 105cm Chest 123cm
I have lots of energy today. I was feeling really tired when i woke up but after a few hours i felt fine. I'm still only getting 4hours sleep every night. Which is bothering me. I was out christmas shopping and suddenly had to poop. It was water so I'm not sure how that happened. I didn't do an enema so maybe now my body is trying to get rid of all the old stuff in my system.
Day 19. 225.2lbs, Waist 105cm Chest 123cm
I nearly puked up bile today. I rolled over in bed and it was all in my mouth. Not sure why but it was scary. I drank water in hopes it would help. Only got 3 hours of sleep today and I'm going out to see family for "dinner". Also not looking forward to tomorrow. I'm going shopping with one of my friends. She weighs about 400lbs and is very pro obesity and eating what ever when ever. She doesn't know i'm fasting and i don't want to argue with her. So I'm hoping she won't be angry if i just get a cold ice water at lunch time and tell her I'm just not feeling all that good, which isn't too far from the truth.
