James Hey Melissa thank you, and I’ll endeavor to be a constructive contributor to this friendship.
I’m a senior whose seen 8 decades, have 19 grands, and 3 greats. I’m part of the generation that’s kicked so many cans down the road that our own doggone children, and grandchildren can’t see up the road.
Thanks to previous generations, my generation got a taste of the American dream, and now if we don’t get up off of our “I’m entitled” arses, the next generations will be lucky if they get a smell. We continue to stumble over this truth, get up, dust our-selves off, and proceed as though nothing ever happened.
WHAT PART OF THE CONSTITUTION GIVES US THIS RIGHT??
When my generation took our first breath the national debt was less than 100 billion dollars, and before we take our last breath, it will be somewhere north of 20 trillion dollars. By way of silence we’ve become unwitting partners in financially water boarding the next generation/s.
WHAT PART OF LIBERTY IS THIS??
Politicians are being bought, and sold like plantation owners used to buy and sell slaves; lying, cheating, and stealing has be-come a way of life in swamp land. They’ve used 2.8 trillion of our Social Security retirement dollars to fund wars, for nation building excursions, pay for targeted tax cuts, and a host of other political favors.
In effect, Social Security retirement dollars are being used to keep the income, and corporate tax rates of the more fortunate artificially low.
WHAT PART OF BEING RESPONSIBLE IS THIS??
Then to cover up their theft they created a special government debt instrument known as a Special Obligation Bonds (SOBs - new debt) to replace the stolen retirement dollar contributions, and we the people end up with a new 2.8 trillion dollar SOB debt that has to be paid again plus interest by the very working Americans who overpaid to begin with; a 5.6 trillion dollar net loss visited upon millions of middle class working Americans.
IT’S THE FUZZY MATH OF THE DC ESTABLISHMENT
As a final insult to our intelligence the 2.8 trillion dollar SOB debt is listed on the Social Security “trust” fund balance sheet as a 2.8 trillion dollar asset.
When in reality the SOB debt has to be paid again plus interest by the very people who overpaid once.
The DC establishment, by way excess Social Security taxes have put millions of middle class Americans, their families, and the communities they call home on the eve of financial Armageddon. -
IT IS THE SWAMP WAY –
THOSE SOBs
GUESS WHAT: We’ve all come too far, worked too hard, made too many sacrifices, have too far to go, and too much at stake to leave the future of America in the hands of the DC establishment, and their headline grabbing political party pimps who are more interested in the grandstand, than the homeland.
My generation has inherited an obligation, and our children and grandchildren are entitled to nothing less than our best effort.
It’s time to show the rest of the world that It’s not about white, black or brown.
It’s about the red, white, and blue.
America IS NOT a right reserved for a privileged class of Americans, America IS A privileged right reserved for every class Americans
