California Revenue And Taxation Code Section 5304
"In this State" means within the exterior limits of the State of California, and includes all territory within these limits owned by or ceded to the United States of America.[1]
Does it follow that a "city" located "in this State" also "includes all territory within th(ose) limits owned by or ceded to the United States of America."?
