“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security”

The Online Omraam community is the source of virtually all of my readings of the teachings of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov.

The latest message[1] included a link[2] to excerpts of a presentation by Omraam that included his "Synoptic Table"[7]. I'm inspired to apply the line of thinking that I see in the synoptic table to the following.

The Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 1776 declares: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident". From the perspective of the synoptic table - the holding of these self-evident "Truths" was the "Price" that was paid for our "Freedom" and that Freedom was a required "Nourishment" for the "Principal-Ideal" of the "Spirit of America". This gave us the Co-"Creation" (aka: Confederation) of the "Union" for the purposeful "Activity" of perpetuating our freedom as a means of continual nourishment for the Spirit of America. Thus the Declaration of Independence as well as the subsequent three Organic Laws established a perpetual "Union" as the fundamental "Activity" for our greater and greater freedom! However, the required "Price" remains the same: Truth!

Two questions for our contemplation: Have we been making our "payments"? If so then where are we "paying" our self-evident truth?

The 23rd -

"These Truths" begin with the Truth of who and what we are. That is the most fundamental of the "self-evident" Truths! "Truth of Self" is the "payment" that is required for our freedom. How do we make this payment?

One of many ways that we can pay for our freedom with our "Truth of Self" is by how we identify ourselves to governmental entities. However before we can make this kind of payment the truth has to be "self evident". Do you have this self-evident truth?

The sources and interpretation of the Declaration have been the subject of much scholarly inquiry. The Declaration justified the independence of the United States by listing colonial grievances against King George III, and by asserting certain natural and legal rights, including a right of revolution. Having served its original purpose in announcing independence, references to the text of the Declaration were few in the following years. Abraham Lincoln made it the centerpiece of his rhetoric (as in the Gettysburg Address of 1863), and his policies. Since then, it has become a well-known statement on human rights, particularly its second sentence:

"'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.'

This has been called 'one of the best-known sentences in the English language', containing 'the most potent and consequential words in American history'. The passage came to represent a moral standard to which the United States[3] should strive. This view was notably promoted by Abraham Lincoln, who considered the Declaration to be the foundation of his political philosophy, and argued that the Declaration is a statement of principles through which the United States Constitution should be interpreted.

The United States[3] Declaration of Independence inspired many other similar documents in other countries in the 18th and 19th centuries ..."[4]

May 17, 2107 - Your Unalienable Rights.

"Unalienable Rights are the inherent, Sovereign, Natural Rights that existed before the creation of the state, and which, being antecedent to and above the state, can never be taken away, diminished, altered or levied by the state, except by due process of Law, nor can any Unalienable Right be fundementally removed or waived by contract, whether by non disclosure, which is fraud and unenforceable in Law, or knowingly by sufferance, which is contrary to the Spirit of Law and prejudicial to Sovereignty.

The Original, Permanent, Unalienable Rights of Every Man or Woman Include:

The Right to Life, Freedom, Health and Persuit of Happiness.

The Right to Contract or not to Contract which is unlimited.

The Right to earn a living, Income by being compensated with wages or a salary in a fair exchange for ones work.

The Right to travel in the ordinary course of ones life and business.

The Right to privacy and confidentiality, free from unwarranted invasion.

The Right to own and hold property, Lawfully without trespass.

The Right to self defence when threatened with harm, loss or deceit.

The Right to Due Process of Law with notice and opportunity to defend.

The Right to be presumed innocent, suffering no detention or arrest, No search or seizure, without reasonable cause.

The Right to remain silent when accused to avoid self incrimination.

The Right to equality in the eyes of the law and to equal representation.

The Right to trial by jury, being an impartial panel of ones peers.

The Right to appeal in law against conviction or sentence, or both.

The Right to expose knowledge necessary to ones Rights and Freedoms.

The Right to peaceful association, Assembly, Expression and Protest.

The Right to practice a Religion and to have beliefs of ones choosing.

The Right to Love and Consensual Marriage with children, as a Family.

The Right to security from abuse, Persecution, Tyranny and War.

The Right to refuse to kill under command, by reason of Conscience.

The Right to live in peace and to be left alone when Law Abiding.

Surely the most critical failure of the people is their failure to ensure the teaching and common knowledge of their Unalienable Rights. If You do not know Your Rights You effectively have none. By the path of ignorance, weather by apathy or deception. The people arrive in a state of exploitation, oppression and tyranny.

Learn Your Rights, They are Your Rights, No body or State can take away or alter Your Unalienable Rights."[5]

I have posted on other blog pages the difference between Unalienable Rights and inalienable rights. The Declaration of Independence declares "unalienable Rights" however "governmental" agencies speak of inalienable rights. Why is that?

January 15, 2018 - The American Conception of Rights (Are Unalienable!) -

"Our [American] rights, ... derive from a source which antedates the Constitution. That source [is] identified clearly in the Declaration of Independence which opens with these well-known words (that IMO are always worth repeating):

'We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that They are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That, to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted of Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed.'
Americans have taken the reasoning embodied in the Declaration and confirmed by their constitutional compact to mean that each of them has rights which accrue to them simply because they are human beings. Those rights are individual...natural...inherent. They cannot be taken away or even suspended. Those rights are not a gift. They are not concessions wrung from a king or a parliament. Rather they are fundamental freedoms which supercede and are superior to governments. They do not derive from any constitution, they antecede all constitutions."[6]

Although I don't give an absolute endorsement of all the content at the linked site they definitely got this point correct!
This is the quintessential principal embedded at the foundational level of American Law and deserves to be extensively contemplated by every American.

"...As Thomas Jefferson noted in the Declaration of Independence, each of us is born with 'Unalienable Rights' which are not properly subjugated to any man-made government, because they are given us freely by 'Nature, or Nature’s God'. 'Nature, or Nature’s God', is a higher authority than any man-made government or corporate entity."

"A higher authority" indeed; a much higher authority!
Therefore the truly American spirit bares this awareness of "higher authority" and the Individual Americans not only bare the awareness (at the very minimum) they continually strive to more fully embody this spirit and actualize it in their daily life.
