On the phone with Botanical Explorer Joseph Simcox.
I was very impressed with his keynote at the 2015 California Rare Fruit Growers Conference.
According to Botanical Exploring Joseph Simcox, today we are living from about 12 species for our food staples. There are hundred of plants and super foods now marginalized, and waiting for us to befriend and grow out.

I heard Joseph speak here. His presentation was profound for me.
I want to be involved in this event next year.
