Julie Cattell, Go Fund Me! $5000.00 for Athletic Expenses to Get to be Part of Team USA
Julie Cattell, at the MW Track and Field Championships, May 15, 2015. She aspires to be part of Team USA and run in the Olympics. I am on board to see her do that--Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener, Plant Your Dream Blog

The folks wearing MW West Caps worked for Team USA, the group responsible for organizing our top athletes who will eventually make it to the Olympics. The table had some of those RedVine licorice sticks that I used to eat as a kid and these near grown up athletes who aspire to be their best were very much delighting in this comfort food from their childhood in my mind really does nothing to advance their success toward their goals or bring us home the Gold Medal. Please correct me if I wrong about that.
I wanted to make friends with the lady who was manning the USA Track table that had those RedVines. I did not want to offend so I kept my mouth shut. I did ask why they were there. She said it make the athletes feel good to have something to snack on. I noticed numbers of the athletes on this the training field, come up to the table and take some of the Redvines. Again I kept my mouth shut.
My mind was already starting to whirl about having better snacks from my sponsor Eden Foods. Silk, as well, as some snacks that would be an advancement here over what I call junk food.
It was at this point that I met a couple of the athletes who were about to compete. This felt good.
Then, I went a couple more tables down. There was a young woman sitting down who was responsible for a food and drink tent.
I saw the kind of large containers that I see on TV at athletic Events, and next to it were free water bottles that said Gatorade. Inside the tent were boxes of bananas and oranges. It appeared that the MW had bought too many and there were a lot left over by this, the near end of the day.
I began to talk to Julie. She told me she was in athletic training and worked out four times a week here at the SDSU Track. I wanted to know how good she was. She said her goal was to beat anyone she ran against. I wanted to know how far she thought she might go in her sport. She had set no upper limit, which means Olympics to me.
We talked about nutrition. She appeared to recognize that food can make a difference in athletic performance. I asked when she discovered that.
She also said some things that indicated that others had been feeding her information over the years that had kept her from imagining she could excel in her sport of running, but now she had a good coach and was clear, that even though she was starting out late--now 33--she had some big races ahead.
I like that. Coaches were my first role models in college at a time when I needed some positive influences. I could see benefit in knowing Julie. I thought knowing her would give me more reason to walk the track at SDSU. I like being around athletes.
It was clear that Julie Cattell was on her way somewhere, and I wanted to help her get there.
She told me she had left a career in marketing to follow her new career of athletic performance. She also told me that she was now housecleaning to earn money. I asked if she would like to come to my home nearby and help clean up our upstairs bathroom. That was a place of contention in our home, with housemates both complaining about how it needed a cleanup, as well as other complaining that no one cleanup up after themselves.
A few lightbulbs went off in my head.
I went up to the EG Mobile, parked in the garage nearby. I gathered a few things including a small bottle of Dr. Bronners Sal Suds, the all purpose cleaner I am now using for various projects at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community where I live.
I also brought down one of the ALL-One Posters that represent the Dr. Bronner's Mission. It says:
Hiring Julie to Clean up our Upstairs Bathroom
I Hired Julie to houseclean for one hour at 12 noon,
$20.00 May 19, 2015.
I saw this as a Sal Suds experiment.
I asked her to explore how to use the product that I know comes highly concentrated.
Sal Suds also has a future at our home in our reclaiming water experiment. The product can go into the garden. I plan to use it in all our clean up uses including the laundry, as well as bathroom cleanup.
May 19 came and Julie Came Over
May 19 came an Julie came over, following the bathroom cleanup we visited the Sacred Success Circle in the backyard. We planted #SeedDreams. I asked Julie to read the Enchanted Garden Club Membership. She liked it and I invited her to be a member of the Enchanted Garden Club. She did.
The Seed Dream Takes Form; Sal Suds Goes to the Olympics.
This is Julie Cattrell, Team USA Aspirant, May 19, 2015 at the Enchanted Garden Rare Seeds Outpost at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
It is now early morning of May 20, 2015.
I just started a Facebook Album. It is called Sal Suds Goes to the Olympics.
I put up one photo, this one:
I see this Enchanted Garden Project going somewhere. I see more people getting to know Sal Suds, my cleaning product of choice.
I also see my contact with Julie giving me some contact with Gatorade drinkers and Red Vine eaters.
I see myself walking the SDSU track and enjoying the vicarious thrill of being a part of an athlete's dream to run as fast and far as she can go.
Why Hire Julie to Clean Our Upstairs Bathroom?
I see her setting an example of deep cleaning the Upstairs
Bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has been a sore spot with my quarterback Warren. He feels it has been a mess for the longest time and created a lot of stress inside him.
On May 19, I had a meeting with Warren. Among the things we did was look at the upstairs bathroom.
There are many repairs he has made here.
More Photos will follow
GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL*
This is a Amazing and Mystical Adventures of Julie Cattell and how through challenging herself to be the best Athlete she can be, she set in motion a journey to go to the Olympics and in doing so, helped Sal Suds, from the ALL ONE Soap Family of PRoducts become the most popular Fair Trade Cleaner in the World. Through this Action, there became more Enchanted Garden on Earth.
*WHAT IS A GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL?
*"Garden" is a metaphor for Consciousness; The "Management" is intended to be each of us in our own Lives; "Journal" refers to recording your Journey through life and see your life as one page in the History of Peace on Earth; "Plant Parenthood" is a name for the process where through parenting plants, we are reparented in the Laws of Nature, intended to guide us on the hero/heroines Journey. Keep a Journal. It will slow you down. Experience and Patience are the rules of living well. Journaling is an honoring process. It is taking time to honor our Sacred Seed. In honoring our Sacred Seed, we help Win Back Our Sacred Seeds. Winning Back Our Sacred Seeds is my theme for 2015 that I will teach at the National Heirloom Expo, September 8, 2015.
