Bowel improvement
I am happy about clear and evident Bowel improvement.
I have been waking up around 5 o'clock every morning.
My bowel movement this early-morning was formed, showing clear improvement. Clearly an improvement over early morning runs quite discouraging at times over a period of more than six months.
Causes of Health Improvement:
Biocidin and Proflora
i attribute the improvement to the use of a couple new remedies I have been using from Bio-Botanicals Research. I have been using Biocidin, a remarkable product for more than two weeks. This product has been around for more than 20 years and has some remarkable testimonials online.
I am feeling somewhat headachy this morning. There is a bit of light ringing in my ears. This generally is an indicator of Candida for me. I believe I am having a Candida die off. I need to drink more water.
I have also been taking Proflora, another of the Bio-Botanical products. I take the Biocidin early in the morning a couple times. I take the Proflora last thing at night.
I am waiting on more of the Bio Botanical Product Formulas. I will do a six week regimen.

I am still a bit under the influence of me #SDFF2015, The San Diego fermentation festival house February 1, 2015 at the leichtag foundation.
There is one incredible contact that I made there that I'm feeling a bit abandoned so far because there hasn't been and anticipated follow up. I put in a friend request on Facebook.
There are many incredible links that I was led to from his Facebook page.
He is truly a master of fermentation.
I am really sold on fermentation now.
I spent some time looking at wild fermentation, Sandor Katz's first book.
Nadine has been equally influenced by the fermentation festival.
She spent the day making fermented pickles.
I'm adding a few links for her to her Facebook page called Nadine's favorite ingredients.
Still feeling headachy I want to rest more now.
A bit of a cough as well. One housemate in the kitchen announced he had been bluish for a week.
I was definitely tired yesterday. I fell asleep during my acupuncture treatment and felt I could've slept a lot longer.
I started to write at 5 AM Monday morning.
I was very very excited about the fermentation festival and the links I was finding.

This is the time for cranking up our productivity across the spectrum of our lives and affairs. Many will cut to the chase, ignoring appearances when real necessities present themselves. It should be a good time for planning or re-planning with an eye to making the bigger picture clear and workable. It’s about learning and teaching, adjusting to the natural rhythm of events, and repudiating some sort of bondage using soft power rather than hard power.
