My Cinderella Story

I have been working all day on a Facebook album.
It gave me a lot of energy to do this.
I have been low energy for a number of days.
I have been just eating vegetarian food, mainly rice with squash and some sweet potatoes. Today, I ate some lamb and then some chicken.
I had a profound energy to keep going.
Looking at these pictures, I see where I put out a lot of energy at last year's Natural Product Expo West.
I was taking a number of medicines that gave me a false sense of energy.
Then I had a crash right after the event that lasted many months.
I recovered finally had a kidney stone removal--that I just heard in December did not work.
The doctor wants to do a more invasive procedure that would involve putting a tube into my back and pulling out a really big stone.
At the same time, I have another issue that is taking precedent. It may be parasites. In any case, I have have persistent diarrhea for more than six months. I wanted to take care of that before doing the kidney stone procedure.
Is there no way I can get ride of this kidney stone naturally?
I have been looking around.
I can see the consequences of how I have been living the last three or more years.
I knew that I was living on a false energy. I was using up energy that I did not naturally have.
I am so grateful for what I was able to do and where I was able to go.
I am no longer taking this medicines that were anti-inflammatories, and gave me this sense of more energy that was naturally mine.
I have a sense that my kidneys could not keep up with me.
I see that just adding meat has given me today more of this false energy.
I know my kidneys likely have to take care of the byproducts of the meat.
The medicine was likely doing some of that.
This is a really a time sadly, when I may have to pay the piper.
It reminds me of a Cinderella story.
It was quite a ride.
I do not want to accept that I have to make extreme shifts.
