Crippled, and Abandoned in the Desert of Utah in Winter
There is a story that is coming to mind in this moment that I would like to write. I am in the middle of a couple other threads in my thoughts.
I will hope to get back to this, if you encourage me to write the story.
When I was 25, I was totally crippled.
I could not spread my legs more than 1/4 inch apart.
I was driven to a some hot springs at the recommendation of Stuart A Wheelwright, a noted authority on parasites and many healing arts practices.
I was invited to Ogden Utah to live with him for a while. He felt that Stinky Springs, hot springs near Brigham City, Utah, out in the desert would help me heal.
He rented me a trailer. I stayed in it.
I had a driver, Jewel. I met him at Dr. Jensen's Hidden Valley Health Ranch where he was helping in the kitchen.
Stuart left me in that trailer. Then, Jewel decided to go see if he could follow his dream to meet John Denver, the singer. I was left alone in that trailer in the dead of winter, Utah.
I was on crutches.
Many of us today, entering 2015, may be able to relate to my story.
We feel helpless. We do not see the future. We may feel crippled by our circumstances.
How did I get out of that circumstance?
