(Plant Your Dream!)

Food Policies at Home by YourEnchantedGardener .....

Food Policies at Home, This plant your dream blog is dedicated to reflections through the first few days of 2015. I am setting out to have my #Bestyearyet. I have already met numbers of challenges that broke into my spirit. I am feeling stronger this morning as I write this.

Food Policies at Home

Yesterday was Friday January 2, 2014.
my Pedometer is reading 1365 steps,
Many of my steps yesterday were in turmoil.
I had a lot of stress and I felt some of it in my kidneys.
My bowel was friendly. I ate rice most of the day, with
sauerkaut, some tahini, and sesame oil. I also had some
Dr. Bronner Coconut Oil.

January 1, 2014 I attended a very special Kwanzaa gathering at the home of Dr. Richard Butcher and his wife Vickie Butcher. This is one of the most profound gatherings I experience during the year. Each person has an opportunity to speak to one of the themes of Kwanzaa. I spoke to Faith and told a story, reflecting on my ancestors, both what I received from my father, Rabbi Solomon Goldman, and my Cosmic Ancestors, Professor Edmond Bordeaux Szekely and Dr. Bernard Jensen.

January 2, Friday, was a difficult day.
I had four testings, difficult communications that lowered my spirit. I sat too much at the computer. This is one of the rules for better health that I want to institute as I set out to create my #Bestyearyet.

I will reflect on a few of these difficult communications that included feeling like nails were being driving into my coffin.

I am in a very challenging health predicament. On Monday, January 5, I will call my surgeon and let him know that I want to delay a Kidney Stone invasive surgery that is scheduled for January 21.

I have lost about 15 pounds since early June. I am down to around 110. It appears that I have parasites. This may be a long standing condition that is causing persistent diarrhea.

The Diarrhea seems to be improving a bit with my most recent supplements, however, one of my main health mentors does not believe I would recover well at this time from surgery.

There is also a deeper impulse moving within me. I am returning to infuse my life with some of the essential living principles that I learned from my cosmic ancestors in the Essene Stream.

I want to stand up for the principles of Educating rather than medicating, one of the themes on Curezone, the Blog Site where I write everyday.

I write to leave a record that others may find a witness, through my own experience to their own situation, but foremost I write for myself. I write to clarify. Some of my Plant Your Dream Blog posts on Curezone are intended primarily for me. I sometimes share disjointed thoughts or notes to help get back on track with my organic steps to living. I many times begin writing as a way to regain a feeling of lost sanity, perhaps spiritual saneness.

Other blog posts I write, have deep thought and coherence. I take a lot of time to edit them, intending that they will be read widely, or perhaps reprinted on my Wordpress Plant Your Dream Blog or in other publications.

THIS IS MY LATEST PLANT YOUR DREAM BLOG POST THAT HAS A LOT OF WORK

This is my new year statement for 2015 that I begin on New Year's eve.

FOOD POLICIES AT HOME

I want to address one of the disturbing issues that bothered me yesterday.
This relates to four boxes of candy that showed up on our dining room table. I would say they were coffin-like boxes laden with GMO sugar fix ins.

I did not know who left them at first. I started to write an email to one of my housemates about them. I am glad I did not send that email. It turned out that Nadine left the candy.

My inner feelings and her feelings about the Gift she had left for the house clashed. She was upset by my feelings. She said something like, "When a person has nothing to eat, they will eat anything."

This, in my world, does not apply to Nadine. She has some of the finest available food from the Farmers' Market available to her. She also has lovely offerings from Our Enchanted Garden Pantry. This includes top of the line conscious products from Eden Foods, Bragg Live Foods, as well as Dr. Bronner Magic Soaps--the Coconut Oil.

There are times she feels victimized by her off season as a stagehand. She has little money in her pocket these days. I make sure that if she needs some money, she is not without. She only need ask. She is worth it. She showers me with pure affection, kindness, and care. I accept her for the most part where she is on her Food Evolution Path. Her lessons are hers to learn. That my friend is a lesson I learned from Dr. Bernard Jensen.

"Never prevent a person from learning what is there's to learn. Often we learn from our mistakes." Dr. Bernard Jensen as remembered by his sometimes ghost writer, me, Leslie Goldman.

Leslie, Drink water! Go exercise. Do some planting of your intentions now…

I will be back soon….
