Can We Regain Therapeutic Quality Food?
This question came into my mind as I was writing my Plant Your Dream Blog "Notes on the Father of the Essene Renaissance."
I still have books on my shelf where Dr. Bernard Jensen and Edmond Bordeaux Szekely speak to various food combinations, as in vegetables that would be natural remedies to rebuild or help eliminate specific organs
I want to access again nature's healing power on my body.
I am aware I have been living by a false body economy for numbers of years.
I have been relying on specific medicines to keep me going.
I highly recommend one of these medicines today and will use it again when needed, however, I do not want to rely on it to give myself the illusion that the energy I am feeling or accessing is produced by my body rather than using this supplement.
I want to set out during this my #Bestyearyet to help grow again some therapeutic quality food.
