"It is shocking how many people are suffering from gallbladder problems today. While the typical patient dealing with gallbladder issues used to be a woman in her 40′s who is struggling with her weight, this is not the stereotypical case anymore. Young children, mostly girls, are having gallbladder attacks with increasing frequency and ending up in the emergency room for treatment."

Although bile continuously trickles from the liver this organ has a daily cycle to it's bile production whereby there are better times of the day to eat more of the essential fats your body needs.
November 9th -
Bile can be likened unto a "soap" that makes fats water-soluble in order that our body can completely digest and assimilate the fats. When this functions well it minimizes the crystalizing of the bile that forms into "stones". About 40 to 80 grams of soluble vegetable fiber in the diet helps make the bile "thin". The best documented method for unblocking a bile duct has been with certain essential oils - mostly peppermint oil. Also ox bile or bear bile may be beneficial.:

One of my clients came to me after she had her gall bladder removed and she did fantastic on my Nourishing Traditions diet with good fats and soluble vegetable fiber for the entire year that I worked with her (on a daily basis.)
According to the "New Medicine" the biological meaning that pertains to bile ducts is "territorial anger conflicts".:

"... gall bladder disease such as gallstones is a response to territorial conflicts.":

"Gall bladder stones are the after-effect of territorial anger conflicts. The territory can be your home, work, our personal space, even a pregnancy can make us feel invaded. ... Gallbladder stones are the results of repetitive backing up of bile into the gallbladder and pooling there until it congeals into 'stones'. The bile backs up due to inflammation of the ducts, making them narrow and temporarily slowing down the flow of bile through. And the swelling happens in the aftermath of a territorial anger conflict, which is actually a conflict of the bile ducts of the liver and originates in the liver, not the gallbladder actually.
During a territorial anger conflict, the liver bile ducts thin out in order to widen and allow more bile through - to give you extra energy to fight back and regain your territory. Once the conflict is resolved, the bile ducts are restored to normal thickness through the production of new cells. THIS is what causes some swelling and inflammation inside the ducts. Usually you don't really feel anything. In extreme cases, you may be diagnosed with "hepatitis" at this point.
Repetitive conflicts will eventually cause the build-up of congealed bile in the gallbladder, diagnosed as stones.":
