Finding meaning in attending a funeral

My good friend Dalya was about 90 miles from my home yesterday. She was in town for the funeral of her mother who died on memorial day. The event gave me a reason and purpose for the day.

I haven't seen Dalya since she moved to Ashland Oregon last summer. The funeral I knew would bring together my other best friends, Ariella and Mayah.

Body pains

I'm having increased discomforts in my body. Most of the week I was monitoring kidney discomfort. And also having pain in my lower bowel in the front left side. I am not sure what this pain traces too. I started to have this pain earlier in the week started

might be related to kidney stones attempting to leave my body.

The reading I had Tuesday morning do not inspire me to take care of my body better. It was more a laundry list of all the things wrong with me. I was already restricting my diet. When I heard I had Candida throughout my system, this triggered some food binging.

Issues around the house or creating stress that was going to my kidneys. Now my primary issue is body complaints. As well as the stresses.

I need to be grateful for my life as it stands now. My close friend who I wanted to support here really needs support. The death of a mother brings up a lot within the family.

I'm hungry.

pain in afternoon wasn't sure i wasn't gioing to make it home. kidney stone symptoms.
