Regaining Trust
I have deposits from two very special women for the vacancy.
The first is Patricia Mikkenson. She is a professional organizer, and trained in Non Violent Communication. She lives in Arkansas. She will be coming out from June 10 to July 31.
Then, we have a lovely Grad student who will be moving in while she is attending SDSU nearby.
Even with deposits having been made. I am still feeling shell shock from so many highs and lows received during the four month period that I was seeking a new housemate.
This was a deep distraction from the projects that give my life meaning.
This in itself I need to look at.
How has living with others here become such a distraction from what I consider my main purpose and intent?
The High Price of Taking Things too Stressfully
Many interactions at the house now feel like stressful shocks and I can feel them in my lower back and kidneys.
I will write more on this.
Walking
I am having a little less kidney pain this morning of May 28, 2014.
It is 8:54 am
I walked yesterday with Nadine.
I was able to sleep longer this morning.
I am attributed the little less kidney pain to the walking.
I am going to walk some more now.
DENTIST TODAY
I made an appointment with Dr. Olsen at the Katnik clinic for 11:30 am today.
I am having pain that feels similar to the infection I was having last year during the summer.
The teeth are being effected by heavy medals from fillings, according to Dr. Ellen Tart-Jensen.
How do I get my will to live back?
I need a five year plan for shifts I want to make….I would like this to be my retirement home, as well as travel.
