I HAVE A LIFESTYLE COUNSELING WITH ELLEN TART-JENSEN ON TUESDAY MAY 27. I AM PREPPING THROUGH WRITING THIS BLOG
I have been having kidney discomfort in my lower back the last few weeks. This condition has history. Last summer one Saturday morning I woke up with intense low back pain in the kidney area. The pain was severe. Nadine had to take me to emergency at Alvarado Hospital. I ended up seeing a kidney specialist later that week. He guided me through a procedure to remove a kidney stone. It was also clear from the X-rays that I had another smaller stone. I was in bed for a number of weeks.
Around the same time, perhaps before, I had gum and jaw pain. I started to wear a mouth piece. It turned into an infection. Because of my arthritis, I cannot open my jaw widely. My dentist recommended an oral surgeon who took out a molar.
I was on pins and needles for weeks regarding my planned trip to the National Heirloom Expo September 10-11-12 2013. I wasn't sure I would recover enough to take the trip.
I scheduled an airplane flight, but this never felt right to take the plane. I ended my on a Journey of Rekindling of Faith, driving my 68 VW Van more than 1600 miles round trip to Santa Rosa and beyond.
I am sure that both the mouth as well as kidney involvement were emotionally related. The Kidney discomfort and its relationship to my emotions became especially clear a few weeks ago.
I have been on a housemate search for months. One morning, I got a call just as I was leaving for a weekend trip. The man came over and decided to rent the room. He gave me a first and last month rent. My relief that I had rented the room was short lived. About fifteen minutes later, he called and said he felt rushed and asked me not to cash the check. When he said that, I felt an instant shock in my kidneys. The next day, and ever since then, I have felt some discomfort in the low back kidney area.
I am especially clear as well that fear of impending change, or feeling anger effects my kidneys as well as my jaw.
KIDNEY REMEDIES
I have been drinking a lot of extra water.
Today at 3:45 pm I have an appointment with the kidney specialist who did the procedure last year.
We did some tests last year. I will get the results today.
I have spent the last month or more visiting M.D.'s and getting signed up in a Medicare extra insurance program.
For more than two months, since the Natural Product Expo West, I have been having a chest sensitivity and symptoms of swollen glands under my throat. A number of my housemates have also been coughing. Every time I sit with them, I seem to show up with symptoms of throat and chest discomfort.
HOW WOULD DR BERNARD JENSEN HANDLE THESE CONDITIONS?
I feel I am being drawn deeper and deeper into the Conventional Medical system, and father from my training with Dr. Bernard Jensen.
His daughter-in-Law Ellen Tart-Jensen has been continuing in the tradition of Iris Reading and Natural Health practices that Dr. Bernard Jensen used.
I have scheduled an over the phone time with Ellen for next Tuesday, May 27.
Just filling out the Lifestyle Counseling Services Iris Photo Log & Personal History Record was enlightening.
I filled out that paperwork, scanned it, and mailed it back.
I basically wanted to touch base with Ellen, who is an old friend. We met during the days when Dr. Bernard Jensen gave Iridology workshops.
THE WONDER OF THE IRIS AND WHAT HE CAN TELL ABOUT HEALTH
The Iris in Nature's Original Technology is a way of looking at the state of health of the organs. Each organ is represented in the Iris. Dr. Bernard Jensen was the American father of Iridology. Great advancements in the science have been made by Dr. Ellen Tart-Jensen. This is a iris picture of my left eye taken by Jon Miles of Escondido.
Last summer, I had the opportunity to attend an afternoon session of Ellen's Iris Training.
I took some photos that I am sending to Ellen. Hopefully these will give some insights into my present condition.
Dr. Bernard Jensen (1907-2001) was the American father of Iridology. He knew his foods and studied with V.G. Rocine, who taught him many of the keys of understanding how the various organs of the body were fed by different foods that had specific chemical balances to feed the individual organs.
Dr. Bernard Jensen, as a nutritionist, would prescribe various foods to feed various organs of the body.
He understood what each organ needed.
Some of this amazing food work is told in a volume of V.G. Rocine's work that he adapted and expanded called "The Chemistry of Man."
That book is still available. I considered Dr. Bernard Jensen my spiritual father. He set the nature foundation within me. I feel I was intended to keep the Dream Alive for certain aspects of his work.
I have an enormous collection of photos of Dr. Bernard Jensen.
I am clear that this is a time when a need both an attitude adjustment as well as a lifestyle change.
I am very discouraged and disheartened by my present responsibilities.
Many people are experiences a pressing need for lifestyle shifts.
I am sure something good will come out of my phone meeting with Ellen Tart-Jensen.
