Good early morning then body shock

Good early morning healing thoughts of appreciation. It was powerful listening in to the USDA yesterday. I feel I can influence here.

At People's yesterday I felt depression about connecting with the younger generation and feeling that I have no place.

My time and feeling like I am a go-getter feels in the past. The world now belongs to the younger generation and I do not know them. I'm sorry I do not feel well more of the youth. The world is now in their hands.

But then my USDA experience yesterday and getting retweeted

I feel heard like I can do something this national venue to make a difference

There's no sense grieving my loss of use and place among the youth.

I'm sad have nothing to say they do not know Who I am.

Healing feelings there is a place for me!

Went back to sleep for more rest and then the shock comes the body shop outpouring of energy.

It is so scary when this involuntary shock comes out of me. It makes me feel out-of-control.

How long will it take for me to get over feeling out of control this morning.

I need to find my inspiration for this morning.
