I'm holding at 155.6. My percentage of rawfoods for the last week is about forty-ish. Why is this? My husband made a turkey and I had some of that and we had a financial lean time spell so I've been eating meat and some cooked rice. No problem with rice because it's the winter. But bread is my perennial nemesis LOL

Also is the basic fact that it's COLD and not that kind of cold that can be rid of with warming spices :)

and I'm a little ashamed that I let the condition of the kitchen degenerate as my husband has shirked his cleaning duties and left raw turkey juice everywhere.

Not excuses just explanations... I am compensating for the cooked foods by daily prayer, walking and the will to find a means to get more rawfoods back into my diet. I still have 100% spiritual raw aspirations just I go through these periods where I feel ashamed I have the luxury to obsess about my foods. I am working on it though and maybe I should blog more about it.

So I decided to stick with watching Biggest Loser. I think I like Holley but I'm not sad to see Ruben go home. Just didn't vibe with the whole celebrity thing. I found the bit on Jay's homelife really sad. Wow I can't imagine divorcing someone after forty years but there it is. When will someone disclose the injury rates of the contestants for working out 6-8 hours a day? Or is the human body designed for such activity anyway. Does it matter?

And the burning question is... When is Bob going to get of the gay p 0 r n stache?!
