From the Freedom Front website:

FREEDOM FRONT:
If The Federal Trade Commission is the nation's consumer protection agency. The FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection works For "The Consumer" to prevent fraud, deception, and unfair business practices in "the marketplace" including healthcare. Then supposedly they enforce laws to bring to justice those who trick you into giving them access or paying for something you dont need.
Yes or No?

Consumer protection is a group of Federal laws and organizations designed to ensure the rights of consumers as well as fair trade competition and the free flow of truthful information in the marketplace. The laws are designed to prevent businesses that engage in "fraud" or specified "unfair practices" from gaining an advantage over competitors; they may also provide additional protection for the weak and those unable to take care of themselves.
Consumer protection laws are a form of government regulation, which are to protect "YOU" or the rights of consumers. {plain enough}

EX: - a government may require businesses to disclose detailed information about products—particularly in areas where safety or public health is an issue.

Now take the New Natl. HEALTHCARE LAW... Consumer protection covers a wide range of topics, including but not necessarily limited to product liability, privacy rights, unfair business practices, fraud, misrepresentation.
Yes or no?

Federal consumer protection laws are mainly enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Now for the sake of argument changes have been made in recent years to allow consumer organizations to bring claims on behalf of consumers!

Then how come then the American people as a whole cannot bring a Class action suit againt the Obamacare law?

Do we not have "fraud" or specified "unfair practices" do we not have product liability, privacy rights, unfair business practices, fraud, and misrepresentation?
{sure looks like it! - Plus the customers do not have any choice as to what they get or want - They are just required to pay for it or get fined or taxed!}

Why then can any business - or government make a false statement on materials or services that was important to the customer? Maybe because the person(s) who made the false statement either knew or understood the statement was incorrect. { Or else they just don't care!}

Did anyone notice that the 435 members of Congress are not on the plan/ Neighter are the rest of the both the Exective & Judicial branches... HUH!

Well Hello?????

Is anyone awake out there?
