I won a first place ribbon in the San Diego County Fair for my display of
Ancient Khorasan wheat grown out from KAMUT ® brand Ancient Wheat.
What's Next?
Ancient Khorasan wheat, some of the same stock grown in wine barrels in fertile soil, and in our Aquaponic Tower Garden are headed for the Education and Fun area at the National Heirloom Expo.
Right now, I only have a handful of these unshucked grains, but I am on a search to see if I can get more so the more kids can have the experience of shucking the wheat themselves.
I am going to ask Gordon Pfile of the Montana Four and Grain and Dr.Bob Quinn,
the KAMUT INTERNATIONALfounder if they have any in stock. 2013 was a good year for growing the popular ancient wheat that has a ® Trademark called KAMUT ® Brand.
