I am monitoring my pill drug intake and remedies for the kidney stones
that I want to dissolve.
The two issues are the level of pain and the kidney stones themselves.
Yesterday was my farmers' Market day.
I was distracted by the kidney stones.
I had no pain during most of the market.
I am attempting to switch from the narcotic that they gave me to take
to Ibuprofen.
AminoActiv, my regular pain reliever, does not seem to be able to
touch the levels of pain for this kidney stone. The pain is off the charts
if I do not take the pain pills.
Added Poplar Tree leaves and Hudragia combination
Last night i began to add poplar leaves.
There was also some hydrangea herb.
I took ibuprofen 800 mg, in the afternoon around three.
and then again around 8....600 mg.
These did not seem to help.
I took them the same time I was taking the herbs.
I could still feel the pain.
I had to take four more Ibuprofen some after to sleep through the night.
I also added Apple cider vinegar around 4 pm.

Monday morning :6:44 am
Some pain in the right front flank
just took four more Ibuprofen and two glasses of poplar.
feel a bit like vomiting.
going back to bed.
to let the ipuprofen kick in.
need to take some rick crackers or find something solid to eat with the ibuprofen.
Will call doctors later.

I want to begin to deal with my underflying fears and cleanup
Financial record keeping has been stressing me out with fears.
I have lost control of it.
I have one housemate that is stressing me out with the need to t end to his payments for work done. I have to be proactive.
