HHO gas is a unique product based on the discoveries of Yull Brown in the 60's; our hydrogen kits electrolyze the hydrogen and oxygen out of the water, without separating it, creating a unique and energetic form of gas containing H, O, H2, O2, and even H2O. It enters engine with the air and fuel of the car and acts as a “combustion catalyst” making the fuel burn faster and cleaner. The gas turns into water at this point which then turns into superheated steam, cleaning the inside of the engine of carbon deposits and sludge, and contributes to the extra mileage gained by increasing combustion efficiencies. Once set up- all you need to do is add water to the reservoir.

The clean hydrogen fuel, along with the 33% pure oxygen (the air we breathe is only 18% oxygen), extracts more energy out of the gasoline, diesel, or other fuel. So instead of wasting the energy during incomplete combustion (requiring catalytic converters and other smog removal items to chemically alter the emissions), you extract it where it matters most- inside the engine. That is why mileage goes up, and emissions drop drastically. We have even seen some engines run a few degrees cooler.

CAN YOU RUN A CAR ON WATER ONLY?

First of all- let me dispel a misconception: you cannot run a car on water only. If anyone tries to sell you something that they claim does that, run the other way! Almost every other month a new "claim" is made that this person or that has discovered how to run their vehicle on water only, but further investigation proves these claims false and unverified. One example is the you-tube video of a man claiming his Dodge ram truck ran only on water. It is no coincidence that this mans name was "Fast Freddy". Every one of his claims has been false. Only one man seems to have had that distinction - Stanley Meyer.
But He was poisoned before the product could make it to the market, and although many of us are researching trying to duplicate his work, No One has been able to do it yet.
So do not get suc***ed by false claims.

Having said that, On demand hydrogen is the perfect alternative as a practical fuel saver, which is available right now to just about anyone in the world. The generators are compact, can be installed in a weekend, and are easy to maintain once set up. Brown's Gas, HHO gas, Oxy hydrogen, hydroxy, etc, are all terms that refer to the same product: the instantaneous separation of hydrogen and oxygen through a simple electrolytic process directly out of distilled water with a very small amount of electrolyte added.

You cannot use tap water or purified water or rain water or reverse osmosis water- it must be distilled or de-ionized water only. And the generators today need an electrolyte- they cannot work on water only ( at least right now).

HHO IS A COMBUSTION CATALYST

Recently, some people have also claimed that they can run an engine on HHO gas only. Most of these are undocumented, unproven you-tube videos, such as the you-tube video of a man claiming his Dodge ram truck ran only on water. It is no coincidence that this mans name was "Fast Freddy". Every one of his claims have been false. The few who have claimed it have already been proven to be fake, or they were still running off residual fuel in the lines. The truth is- even Stanley Meyer realized that hydrogen burns way too fast by itself and had to be mixed with other gases to slow it down. Remember- it is easy to make something look like it is performing well on a 2 minute video- but try it in the real world, day and day out and it is totally impractical, at least right now.

I prefer to look at HHO as a "Combustion Catalyst", NOT a fuel replacement technology, in this stage of advancement. HHO burns way too fast by itself and actually works better if it is "slowed down" by the gasoline, diesel, CNG, LPG, or biodiesel fuel. That makes it perfect in a gas saving application, where it can burn the fossil fuels faster, extracting more energy out of it inside the engine, instead of having to filter or convert it.

Our HHO kits are comprised of a robust, on demand hydrogen generator, an external water/electrolyte reservoir, and a bubbler/filter mechanism. The kit does not need a tank to compress or save the gases in, but uses them as they are made ("on demand"). It operates on the available extra energy of the car alternator, and generally uses less than 500 watts of energy to operate (less than one horsepower).

CAN YOU TELL ME IN SIMPLE TERMS HOW THIS ON DEMAND HYDROGEN WORKS?

Hydrogen Generators like the type we sell here, are based on the patented discoveries of a William Rhodes in the early 60's and then advanced 12 years later by a Professor Yull Brown in the 70's (who spent almost $30 million over his lifetime trying to get Brown's Gas into the mainstream). Both men developed a special type of "Single Cell" electrolyzer that extracted hydrogen and oxygen out of water, but unlike the common practice of separating the two gases, they realized you could actually allow them to combine into one, energetic, very combustible gas. Since Yull Brown was such a strident advocate for the gas, he was later honored by having it named after him. It is still referred to as Brown's Gas in certain circles, but has also been referred to as hydrogen-oxygen, hydroxy, oxyhydro, oxyhydrogen, on demand hydrogen, and in the last 5 years, popularized as "HHO Gas". Most of the general public have still never heard of it and are surprised upon its discovery.

Though the discoveries of those two men was focused more on the commercial application such as water welders and misc applications of the gas; we have chosen to focus on the transportation and combustion engine sector, specifically cars, trucks, RV's, boats; anything mobile (though we are also building and testing industrial size generators for much larger engines).

When this technology first started to catch fire back in 2006 or so, a number of unscrupulous people started claiming you could run your car on water only (mostly to sell poorly written books, and untested designs), which is NOT true. HHO is a "Combustion Catalyst", NOT a fuel replacement technology (at least at this stage). Hydrogen burns at 40,000 feet per second (gasoline at 4000 fps), and in this form actually burns way too fast to be used by itself and actually works better if it is "slowed down" by the gasoline, diesel, CNG, LPG, or biodiesel fuel. Together they make the perfect combination!

The kits electrolyze the hydrogen and oxygen out of the water using available extra energy from the alternator and battery, creating a unique and energetic form of gas containing H, O, H2, O2, and even H2O. This incredible gas enters the engine with the incoming air and fuel of the car and during the combustion cycle, acts as a “combustion catalyst” making the fuel burn faster and cleaner. When it burns inside the engine, it turns back into water, which then turns into a superheated steam, scrubbing and cleaning the inside of the engine of carbon deposits and sludge, all while at the same time contributing to the extra mileage gained by increasing combustion inefficiencies.

The reason we have special Platinum coated Catalytic Converters on our cars, is to chemically react with the unburned hydrocarbons coming out of the exhaust of the engine (The modern engine is only 18-20% efficient even today); when they clog up- they are expensive to replace. If you reduce clogging hydrocarbons- you keep the whole system running cleaner and longer.

When the renewable hydrogen fuel is injected into the engine along with 33% pure oxygen (even in small amounts), it becomes a catalyst that extracts more energy out of the gasoline, diesel, or other fuel. Now, to clarify, this is not like the water injection of the 70's, that used gallons of water. In fact, because you are shearing the water at the molecular level, you can produce almost 1800 liters of hho gas for every 1 liter of water!

By injecting hydrogen-oxygen into the combustion process, you burn a much larger percentage of the hydrocarbon chains, and extract as much energy out of fuel as possible. So instead of wasting the energy due to incomplete combustion, you extract it where it matters most- inside the engine. That is why mileage goes up, and emissions drop drastically.
