I've generated an astrological chart for the United States of America with March 1, 1781 as the date. That is when Maryland became the 13th State to ratify the Articles of Confederation and (according to that Organic Law) thereby allowing those 13 states to become the "United States of America".

From that chart I made note of the degrees of planetary positions. The natal Sun is 11 degrees 39 minutes of Pisces. Then I looked up the Sabian Symbol in "An Astrological Mandala" by Dane Rudhyar. The reading is at 12 degrees Pisces:
"In the sanctuary of an occult brotherhood, newly initiated members are being examined and their characters tested.
Keynote: The ever-repeated challenge presented to the individual by the group in which he has claimed acceptance - the challenge to prove himself and his ability to assume responsibility effectively.
... the individual is now bound by collective laws and traditions. ..."
(Regardless of the history and the numbers of individuals who may have violated these laws and traditions, the examination continues.)
I also generated a Human Design chart based on the same data.
I was inspired to look up the Lunar South Node (for the theme of karma). The Conscious location is at Gate 25 in the Spleen Center and at Line 5 which Lynda Bunnell says is the line of "treachery - The abuse of trust".
Early this afternoon (at 3:30) I received confirmation of a fax I sent to the Governor of Wisconsin in which I wrote: "I am appealing to the sacred trust of your oath of office to realize that there are sound reasons to consider the Lawful basis for the legal actions that have been made against Vernon."
Originally, a couple days ago, I wrote a first draft and today made the update wherein I added the line I just quoted above. Having expressed what I wrote from my own consciousness first, I now feel completely validated with having included the subject of "sacred trust". Through the integration of "I Ching" (in Human Design) plus the Sabian Symbols I have new insights. I see a path of higher consciousness and the inherent responsibility available to individuals who identify themselves as Americans.

One of four Defined Channels in this chart is "2/14" which is the the middle channel that connects the Sacral Center with the G Center and which has been called: "The Alchemist. Turning base metal into gold."

Rudolf Steiner College has originally founded by Carl Stegman and Nancy Jewel Poer. The original vision was that the college be a center for American studies. The Goethean Studies program can be seen as a training for cultivating the American "Alchemist".
The above mentioned Human Design Channel (2/14) is also known as "The Channel Of The Beat - A Design of being a Keeper of Keys". This channel runs "through the Gate of Power Skills (Sacral 14) and the Gate of Higher Knowing (G 2) ... the seat of the Driver (Magnetic Monopole) which holds us together and directs our movement in time through space. Together, as the Channel of the Beat, they are poised to take us in a new direction."
In reading the "Background" description by the author Lynda Bunnell I suddenly remember the uprising of the "Tantric" power awakening in me in August of 1970. Lynda writes: The three Tantric channels between the Sacral and G Centers ... allow the fertile power of the Sacral Center to connect to and empower the identity, direction and love of the higher self in the G Center." Finally, I have this description for the awakening that I had first experienced nearly forty-two years ago! It does inspire me to want an ephemeris for 1970 and to see what transits were activating the Gates of these "three Tantric channels between the Sacral and G Centers".
