The Tap Root Of Our Problem:
"Lawmakers Have Claimed Total Dominion Over All of Society.
They Wield The Power to Implement Violence for Any Cause They Choose;
Making us a Conquered and Militarily Occupied People.
Not Free. Not Safe. Plundered Servants on Our Own Land.
All the Dysfunction We See Stems From This Totalitarian Democratically Elected Oligarchy - Democratic Despotism;
An Anti-Republic Where One Group of Men Exercise Total Dominion Over All.

In a Republic, the Lawmakers Are Delegates And Therefore Are Limited in Lawmaking Power Because:
1. No Man Can Delegate (Give To Another) The Power of Total Dominion Over Himself.
2. No Man Can Delegate (Give To Another) The Power of Total Dominion Over a Third Person.
These Two Facts Prove That the Power Of Total Dominion is Outside The Reach of a Delegate Lawmaker.

A Government Is a Militant Entity That Occupies a Society In Order To Control and Extract Its Wealth… Under the Guise Of Law and The Pretense of Safety.
Governments Cooperate and Compete With Each Other For The Resources Of The Planet and They See People As a Resource.

Why Do People Allow This To Persist?
People are Told by Government That They Will Be Kept Safe and They Can Share in the Plundered Loot.
This is Folly.

While It Is True That Without Law There Would Be Chaos It Also True That
Unlimited Law Making Power Is The Very Definition Of Despotism/ Tyranny/ Totalitarianism
The One Law Held Common By All Societies (Do Not Injure Others) IS The One Law The Lawmakers Break At Their Whim.

Restrict Government by Constitution to The Standard Held Common to All Societies:
1. All Individuals, Groups, and Governments Are Forbidden From Initiating Violence or Otherwise Injuring Anyone.
2. The Only Lawful Use of Violence Is To Defend Against Individuals, Groups, and Governments Who Violate The Above.
All Societies Naturally Adhere to This Standard Because It Is The Healthiest Way For Individuals To Coexist. The Only Entities On Planet Earth That Do Not Adhere To This Standard Are Totalitarian Governments."

Update - July 16, 2012 - "the States ... have the right, and are duty bound, to interpose, for arresting the progress of the evil," of the Federal government in the "dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by" the constitution.:
"The Virginia Resolutions stated in part:
[T]his Assembly doth explicitly and peremptorily declare, that it views the powers of the Federal Government, as resulting from the compact, to which the States are parties, as limited by the plain sense and intention of the instrument constituting the compact as no further valid than they are authorized by the grants enumerated in that compact; and that in case of a deliberate, palpable and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said compact, the States who are parties thereto, have the right, and are duty bound, to interpose, for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them.":

Got inspired to identify the publisher of: "Why America Is Free" and see if I can gain a line of communication. I had ordered this book roughly about ten years ago with it's subtitle: "A History of the Founding of The American Republic" however as of page 6 the book claims the form of American government is a democracy!
"Perhaps the most concise and definitive condemnation of Democracy came from Lord Acton:
'The one prevailing evil of Democracy is the tyranny of the majority, or rather that party, not always the majority, that succeeds, by force or fraud, in carrying elections.'"[1]
