In Search Of A Biodynamic Urban Homestead

Thank you, Anais (Dervaes), very much for your mention of Biodynamics!
I am firstly most interested in knowing to what extent an urban homestead can possibly apply Biodynamics, especially sans cow! A central principal of Biodynamics is the idea of working with and within the capacity of the farm entity as self-sufficiently as possible without relying on imports. The "jungle-flora" product may very well be all that you claim and although I did click on your link, that item "could not be found" and so I can not make a final statement about that other than any one ordering it would obviously be importing the product into their gardening entity. That may be great for everyone's garden but is that really what Biodynamics is all about? I have had some conversation with a Biodynamic grower and author about this and his recommendation was if you don't have access to cow manure to work with then have vermiculture on your site. There was a time when everyone knew that worms were "man's best friend". Now for urban growers it may be their best friend as well!
