Although I have been enjoying Celtic Sea Salt since my introduction to Nourishing Traditions (nearly twelve years ago now) I have yet to make a special blog on it. Well today is our luck day as I am all the more inspired with the PDF version of this "Salt Class":

I am so impressed with this that I have bookmarked it in four separate locations on my computer! I'm also intending to print the PDF out and share it with others! Salt is "in" when it's in its whole form! I am looking forward to the new brochure on salt that I hear Weston A. Price Foundation will be coming out with soon!
