It was through this journey that I saw first-hand the amazing power of our bodies to heal themselves through a proper diet and a whole-body wellness regime. And, because of my own personal experience, I was deeply inspired to help other people overcome their own health issues and live to their greatest potential of well-being.
I moved to California in 1982 to study with the legendary detoxification expert Bernard Jensen, D.C., PhD. For several years, I worked side-by-side with Dr. Jensen soaking in his vast knowledge of the human anatomy and function. After spending numerous hours assisting Dr. Jensen at his famous healing retreat in Escondido, Calif., I became certified in multiple healing modalities and techniques. I then also completed my alternative health education with dual degrees in Nutrition and Naturopathy.
Shortly thereafter, I opened the Home Nutrition Clinic in Santa Monica, Calif. where I was fortunate enough to treat numerous well-known celebrities, senior politicians and famous musicians who were in need of getting their health back on track. Some of my patients waited as long as 12 – 18 months for an appointment as our clinic generated an abundance of success stories on treating conditions ranging from very serious chronic illness to complaints such as stomach and intestinal disorders, migraines, depression, weight problems, arthritis, PMS and much more.

AFRICA
Yohimbe: Natural remedy for various forms of sexua| aillments
This herb is native to West Africa and is derived from the bark of the yohimbe tree
Traditionally used as an aphrodisiac, its main active element is an alkaloid called yohimbine, which is used to trest erectile dysfunction and boost libido in both men and women
Dr. Lindsey combines this herb with two eggs, Tungkat Ali from Asia, Acai from Brazil, and Lecithin to create a super libido booster shake

Durian Fruit: Natural fever reducer
The durian fruit is a common food in Southeast Asia known for its sweet flavor and multiple health benefits
