"Farmed" Tilapia is included in some hydroponic operations that have claimed the "Organic" label.[2] For this and additional reasons it is now vital to preserve the original standards of Organic labeling by requiring hydroponic operations to have their own label so those products can be most distinguishable from traditional soil-based "Organic Agriculture".
