Congress: Take Notice - American Farmers Are Free!

Petition to "Reject S.510 - Protect America's Small Farms & Food Producers" plus the Organic Law whereby "... no American would ever have to submit to being ruled by any worldly government".

Congress has not been granted power to regulate either the American farmer or the agriculture that these farmers practice on their private land. Any Congressional legislation that goes beyond the Lawful jurisdiction of Congress, which is plainly known in the organic Laws of the land, should be considered by the people and the states as some form of usurpation of powers that are "reserved to the states ... or to the people". The power/s to regulate food safety are Rightfully held by the states and, wherever self-regulation may exist, among the people. People are free to contract among themselves and with their farmers and include self-regulation to assure the quality of their foods.

I had an idea of having a little handbook especially for farmers (and the like) that lays out the most basic foundation of Fundamental Law that primarily defines the basis for Lawful government (especially at the federal level) and which Americans need to vigilantly keep in mind in all dealings with the government. Yet the article by Dr. Rivera alone could offer a lot for anyone willing to read-up some on our most essential freedom as it is recognized in the Organic Laws!
