Disaster? Nope I'm good!

Disaster? Nope I'm good! by ren .....

this and that for the last day of summer

Last night I had a really bad medpass. Bad in terms of the energies that were swirling around me and into me. I was really unnerved by the decision to wax floors at the beginning of a major medpass. Well I just felt something snap in me. I did keep a lid on my negativity but I felt something stirred up.

Anyway I ate some roasted salted nuts in the shell only a handful and had two additional non raw-non vegan night snacks that are on my list. It's not a disaster. Not a disaster because I rode my bike to church this morning. Today the desire to attend mass was more than my dislike of cold mornings! The wind cut like a knife but God sent the sun in time and made in time for mass. Good thing I had a small green smoothie. I also had two bananas and a peach

I ate more fruits today. I also had some chard and plum tomatoes from the garden as I was doing fall cleanup. My cheat food was two tablespoons of peanutbutter and one teaspoon of my husband's no frills peanut butter. It's not the end of the fast for me. It's more fat than I want right now though and pb is on my no list for the reason that I gorged myself on it before I started this daniel fast thing. Either way, I went out into the garden and hand tilled two thirds of a 14x18 garden square so I hardly shed a tear for eating some pb today.

Right now I'm having some gas issues cuz I did some crunches on my total gym. I forgot I had a hiatal hernia that gets cranky when I do heavy forward crunches. The reverse leg crunches are ok. Whatever. I'm not dying. I'm totally ALIVE and ready to take on WINTER WITHOUT A CAR.
