My SP-57OUZ has a long snout.
I keep getting the lens dirty.
I never had this problem with the Olympus
C-5050.
Numbers of my photos,
even the six photos printed
"The Ultimate Gardener"
are done on the Olympus C-5050.
Both the SP-57OUZ
and the C-5050 have a wonderful macro lens.
I still run into problems with the electronic
flash on the SP-5&OUZ and indoor lighting.
OLYMPUS TECH SUPPORT
IS SPECTACULAR
The Olympus Tech support is wonderful.
That is why I keep buying Olympus camera.
I cannot say how the others are.
May they are just as good,
but the kind of support I get from Olympus
has gotten me out of some intense situations.
I once misplaced by camera right before
a big professional photo Gigue.
I went down and bought a new Olympus.
The C 5050 was out of stock.
This was a camera I did not understand.
I am slow on the uptake with new Tech equipment.
I learned the new camera with the support of Olympus
Tech and used it the next night.
They are generous with their time.
The Tech support is free.
I am going to call them soon
and find out about the new camera I need.
I am starting making YouTubes now.
