Slowly the buffers have been eroded.
Developing economies denied farm supports
grain storage...
Farmers...warning of this danger for over 10 years.
Robert Seleck head of World Bank...one one villain...
He was the US trade rep at the WTO and now he
is head of the world bank, here to liberalize the
policies that got us into this mess.
The will of the market are paying the price...
Colorful examples--food prices toppling people
into food famine...
People eating dirt to stay alive.
in a good year 850.000 million going hungry.
jolt of the price shock, Poeple at their wits ends.
Expect to see more food riots...
seven lost years, Robert Selectk.
We can ensure countries get to buy grain
in their own region...
Food aid wipes out the farmers that are there.

I spent time with Raj Patel at the 2010 Cultivating Food Justice
Conference. It is a wonderful person. We connected, I felt.
He also was willing to play with me, which is saying a lot.
A most delightful, delightful man, doing incredible work.
He believes we are all here to be leaders.
I agree. Thank you Raj, for gracing us all here
in San Diego with your presence.
Is Raj Patel the messiah?
I would, from my point of view, have to say yes.
He is here to save our world, as much as Jesus
and every one great servant of humanity has done.
I believe we are all here to be the messiah, and to
save our world.
You do not have to be a god to save our world,
although taking that on, defitintely makes you
feel like you are a good person.
I hope we all step up to the plate now and dedicate
ourselves to saving the world. Truly we are in a dire
food emergency.
I will get into that more soon.
I definitely have a warm fuzzy feeling in
my heart for Raj Patel. I do believe in him.
I bless him. May he continue to be graced
with the love of family and dear friends.
He is a knd and already blessed by God man.
