Rawfood on the road (high rawness)

Rawfood on the road (high rawness) by ren .....

I'm still keeping at it...feeling a little rundown

My husband and I went shopping yesterday. I love the youthful vibe of State College. We ate lunch at Hoss's Steak and Sea. The salad bar was puny but I ate a plate of salad and a small bowl of french onion soup. Yes cooked but it was not creamy and no croutons. My husband reminded me that it was probably beef stock so no restaurant soup for me.

At the grocery, I had a coffee (black) and a dark chocolate bar. The smells of Home Depot and Lowe's really irritated my sinuses and the black cofee and chocolate helped to open it up a little. By the time, I got home, I didn't feel my very best. I believe that it is a response to the stress during the week. I managed better than I usually do with the rawfoods, etc. but the atmosphere is really toxic. I DO have faith that God will heal me today though. I'm not feeling to eat anything. I had two small cups of coffee, hemo granola, some apricots and two dates I used to sweeten coffee. Oh yeah and an orange which tasted like medicine in my mouth this morning.

Anyway, whatever. I bought lots of goodies from the natural health section at Wegman's. Lots of beauty products and sunflower seeds, etc. I ordered vitamins off of bodybuilding.com. I really treated myself. Between today and yesteday, I've maintained about 80%-90% raw status. Somedays since I ended the green smoothie feast, I've not eaten anything cooked. The rawfood thing is making me way more sensitive to emotions though and I really feel the toxicity of dis-ease and the medical industrial complex more.
