"Last Year" begins tomorrow.
There is no way that you can get to tomorrow
this way.
If you continue to do things as you did they Last Year,
there will be no tomorrow that is any different than
last year.
Today needs to be different than last year.
Tomorrow needs to be different than last year.
We can no longer do things
the way we did them last year.

I am talking to the beat of life today.
The beet of life is here to help us stay in touch with the
beat of life. The beet is a good simple garden metaphor.
The goal this year will be a seemless connection between
being responsible for the garden and being responsible
for what is happening inside the house, and seeing
the connections between what we do here on the property
and how that brings in income to each person who is part
of what continues to evolve into the
ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY.
Steps will be taken toward purchase of the property in 2010, as well as opportunities to participate in projects that will require major organization and maximizing my own talents and abilities.
We need to keep in step more now with the beat of life here.
For me, that begins with intense decluttering,
taking time to slow down and communicate to you
and others who are intrinsic to the success of other
projects and cottage industries that can bring in
income.
We will look at these other sources of possible income
in other communications.
For now, I want to make one thing clear regarding
my finances and ability to purchase this land.
We are all in this together. I cannot success and generate
success without a higher level of Activity and Performance
on my part, as well as a higher level of Activity and Performance
on your part.
Decluttering is basic.
Feng Shui will follow Declutter.
WE ARE EACH RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR ACTIONS
This means we need to be more responsible for our actions.
I want to review some of the things that need to be done now.
You can monitor your own feelings.
Defeat is not going to get us there.
We really are being asked to have a New Year now
that is new.
I am going to do my best to lead my example.
I am getting rid of papers and things that
are taking up Space that is too valuable.
There can be no room for tomorrow when there is no
room for it because yesterday has filled up every possible
space for new life.
We need to Perform here at a higher Octave.
I am open to all suggestions.
For me, this means learning to delegate at higher
and higher levels.
We have been doing better at this than ever before.

HOW MUCH YOU OWE
If we were to make a cumulative list of all you owe,
this would be defeating and self defeating.
For now on, I am asking for and IOU at the beginning
of each month, when the rent is due. This IOU needs
to include the total you owe each month, minus what
amount that you traded for your valuable services.
You owe in review--
$100.00 for Utilities.
$100.00 for garage rent.
This $100.00 represents a comedown from
the $200.00 that we had years ago.
I want to return to the $200.00 rate of trade.
The base will be $320.00 per month for that space.
You can do 12 hours of Community Asset work
valued at $10.00 per hour.
This $10.00 rate for the 12 hour reduction
represents an across the board amount that
recognizes we are each given a discount to the house
for our services.
EVERY DAY CLEANUP
I will also be asking you to evolve into
a leadership role, as you have been already
with figuring out, with the help of others,
how many additional hours are needed
for every day cleanup.
Please look at the history of all the outstanding
work you have done and H has done regarding this.
Many of those forms are stored in notebooks
in the Altar.
$20.00 for doing my laundry.
$20.00 for working with Financial Statements
and Data.
You can value your time at $20.00 for laundry.
You can value your time at $20.00 for the other responsibilities
you take on.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. LAUNDRY
I am asking to be responsible for my laundry and clothes
needs in trade for the rent you owe on the space where you live.
2. WORKING WITH FINANCIAL STATEMENT
EVOLVING INTO WORKING WITH FINANCIAL DATA
I am asking you to be responsible for organization the bank
statements as they come in. We will add further organization
tasks to this. I am in process of putting as many bills on
auto pilot as possible.
OFFICE SPACE in THE BASEMENT
and STORAGE SPACE AS YOU HAVE NOW
IF you want office space and storage in the basement,
as you have now, this is going to be based on the standard
that was set by J.M. He gave close to 1000 hours in basement
work for his space.
I am asking you to trade, a minimum of two hours of upkeep
for your space in the basement a week.
I am asking you to follow up with
upholding the highest standard possible for the basement.
EVALUATE AND ORGANIZE
what you have in front of your desk
immediate. Get rid of what you do not need
immediately.
HAVE THE THINGS MOVED that are taking up
the Space that J.M. has traded for. This is up to
the line that is painted.
He needs that space to be more productive.
THE KITCHEN AREA DOWNSTAIRS
Please evaluate and bring this space back
to a state of function as it was when we
cleaned it six months ago.
Have everything in that space organized.
Move your Bike. Find another space to store it.
TRASH CANS and COMPOST AREA
JM, Please move all trash cans from this area.
Work with the area on the South side of the
GreenHouse. Clear what you need here
on the ground level and get these cans moved
asap.
As A clears off the space in the basement,
invest in organizing your space.
Evaluate all things in the other area of the basement.
FOOD STORAGE AREA and PHARMACY
I want the area where the food storage was and pharmacy,
again functional. I am going to move some things down
here.
I do not want boxes stored in front of your desk
that have no immediate purpose. I want every space
you use valued and utilized to the best of its purpose
and intent.
THE MORE WE WORK TOGETHER
ON BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAD BEEN STATED
HERE SO FAR, the more I am going to be functional
and paying you money to cover you ulitiies and
provide you some income. That is my goal.
RE: The $100.00 you owe for Utilities+ other costs
IN SOURCING HOUSE CLEANING
We may need to reevaluable how we are doing our
house cleaning. This may be an expense that we
need to do inhouse. This may be an income source
for you.

I have to organize the other parts of my day.
