KEEP The BEET MEDIA STAR
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
star of Stage, screen, and TV in the years to come,
had me relentlessly working during the night,
breaking once again my 8-8-8 balanced
living program, eight hours of work, eight hours
of rest, eight hours of recreation.
"Siempre Mejor!" was a slogan of
the late PROFESSOR EDMOND BORDEAUX SZEKELY,
the Essene Renaissance Prophet.
The idea of raising food in containers
came to me from studying
THE ECOLOGICAL HEALTH GARDEN,
one of many books written by
the co-founder of RANCHO LA PUERTA,
the #1 destination spa in America that
began in 1940.
The site was the location of the
ESSENE SCHOOL OF LIFE.
The ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY
Grounds always seem to be on the verge of something
new. I am looking forward to a whole new wave of
community llfe here beginning in March 1.
KEEP The BEET has a whole plan for
moving us in the direction of being a finishing
school for the nearby SDSU students.
"Green is in!" sez KEEP THE BEET,
the vegetative intelligence behind the move
to raise $70,000 for a down payment to buy out
co-owner SANDA EVERETTE.
Sanda has been encouraging me to get rich
for years. Now seems the time with all factors
creating a need.

The original piece was taken at the NEW AMERICAN MUSEUM
recording studio a few weeks ago. The New AMERICAN MUSEUM
PROJECT --inspired KEEP The BEET.
It is one of her Seed Dreams--to see DEBORAH SZEKELY,
the founder, receive all the support she needs to reopen that
Liberty Station-based project that aims to honor
the new vibrant citizens that have arrived on our shores.

Terry is an old friend, and received Essene Bishop ordination
in the 80's. One of the most profound things she said
was that during a time when she had leaky gut syndrome,
she healed this by not eating after 4 PM. I am learning
toward that too. Less is more. Essene wealth comes
from doing without things we do not need, and fostering
an appreciation for what is essential in life.
I eat too much when I am in a state of poverty thinking
or obsessing over a lack of something. The Essenes
were said to be poor in spirit. That meant, they aimed
to have be filled up with less stuff in their head.
