Chef Jem conceives Biodynamic Documentary with Farmer John of Angelic Organics as the Lead Farmer in The Heartland

This is my working title for a documentary on Biodynamic Agriculture in America. I conceived "The 'Real Dirt' On Biodynamics" today, Sunday, November 29, 2009 at approximately high noon. Later this afternoon I sent an e-mail to Lesley Freeman who played the singing bumble bee in The Real Dirt on Farmer John.
If you haven't seen Farmer John's video and you either have already connected with organic foods or are open to look at what organic foods has to offer then I highly recommend viewing "The Real Dirt ...". Then you will know where I'm coming from with the idea of "The 'Real Dirt' On Biodynamics".
Thursday, December 3rd, 2009:
I see Farmer John of Angelic Organics as the lead farmer in the production of this documentary. I believe the story of Biodynamic Agriculture is comparable to the story of Farmer John and that he is very well qualified to help guide this documentary along in the same spirit as his own "Real Dirt ..." I believe it would work well to begin the documentary in the Midwest starting at Angelica Organics and in a sense where "Real Dirt" left off. John could share his account of how he came to Biodynamics.
One of the extraordinary features of Biodynamic Agriculture is the high regard for cow manure! In my presentation on "Biodynamics in a minute or less" I would say:
Conventional agriculture is petroleum-based and that system as a whole destroys the life of the soil. Organic agriculture lessens that destruction whereas Biodynamic agriculture adds fertility to the soil and largely through the use of cow manure.
Biodynamics in India has done research into the use of manure composts and found great benefits from the use of the pit manure:

One of my favorite documentaries on Biodynmaics is "One Man, One Cow, One Planet" which includes an introduction to pit manure:
