The next time you see an opportunity to attend a presentation by Joel Salatin take it! If (according to Jo Robinson, founder of eatwild.com,) he "takes people who have never been farmers and inspires them to become farmers" then I give my highest recommendation to hear Joel!
How animals are treated is a consideration in food quality which then translates into identifying the forces that nourish us.
