  This exactly what I attempt to do on this blog forum...  Help you make decisions that could change your life...

  While I may not always have the best answer or say what you want to hear, at least I have taken time to inform you!

  It is this exchange of information and sharing with you that can build bridges and help you make decisions which can better your life...

  Even if you do not agree or  believe most of the things I write, you can at least stop and consider them,  as it could well be a step in the right direction...  

Remember real change comes after someone decides that the old self needs to change and they are ready...
