My main Buddy at PERF GO GREEN
esteemed former actor, entrepreneur,
anda leader in the movement to put plastic bags
and waste in its proper place has a hurt shoulder
right now.
This is no time for TONY TRACY to be distracted
by a rotator cuff injury.
We will be hosting the HOLLYWOOD A LIST next Saturday
at the LA CONVENTION CENTER, one of the leading
GREEN convention centers in the USA. I will be
Tony's personal photographer.
I love TONY and I love the LA Convention Center.
I always have fun times up there, in LA,
the city of my birth.
I was born about six miles east of the LA Convention Center,
is a section of town called East LA or BOYLE HEGIHTS.
In those days, my dad, Solomon would drive me around on
occasion in the first car I ever new a GM CHEVY 52 named
MAGNOLIA.
It was a sad day when we finally put Magnolia down.
I inherited her from my father Solomon when he went on a world
tour to recapture my step mother Ida, who left the scene
when I was about 15.
MAGNOLIA lasted as my Faithful companion Vehicle well into
the late 60's. She finally died in a parking lot at Cal State Northridge,
about one year before the San Fernando Valley Earthquake of '71.
I imagine there will be a lot of Car Lovers around when I see Tony Tracy
next Friday at the GO GREEN EXPO at the LA CONVENTION CENTER.
This weekend all of KEEP the BEET Media Stars friends
are getting together for a PLUG IN rally over in Santa Monica.
I want to invite them all to stop by and say hello at the PERF GO GREEN
EARTH DOME where I will be hanging out next weekend in LA.
THE EARTH DOME will be a very special attraction at the GO GREEN EXPO,
a centerpiece.
I am going to get on the phone now with my friend DAN
It sounds like both Tony and I have been having some physical pain of late.
THe day after Christmas, I just came back from buying 4500 shares of PERF GO GREEN
down at CHARLES SCHWAB. Sanda, my co-partner in the land where
the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY sits, were discussing
Refinancing. I came out with my clip board in hand, a pen, and in the other hand,
my Commemorative Mug from the Dr. BERNARD JENSEN 100th ANNIVERSARY PARTY
last June.
I tripped.
FIfteen seconds later I was sprawled on my back on the cement.
I injured my left hip and shoulder. The pain set in by the next day.
HEADS UP! I have total hip revisions.
The injury had be concerned that I had tore out the screws that
hold my Titanium right hip in place.
That was no way to start my BEST YEAR EVER of '09.
I realize an an overdue to visit the world's greatest surgenn
DR WILLIAM BUGBEE, but I would prefer to be seeing him without
walking in on crutches.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Bugbee. It is not until the week
after the NATURAL PRODUCT EXPO WEST in March. By then,
I imagine I will be all well.
My remedies of choice since December 26, the day I feel,
have been BOIRON's ARNICA MONTATA 30C, the kind I buy
at WHOLE FOODS MARKET HILLCREST, three vials for about $13.00,
BACH's chewy RESCUE REMEDY PASTILLES, and AMINO ACTIV.
AMINO ACTIVE is an ATP accelerator.
It has made an amazing difference in my life.
I got some samples at last year's NPEW when I was standing
with my sweetheart LYNN GORDON at her FRENCH MEADOM Bakery booth.
Lynn had just turned my life around by offering to buy one of the
PETER DUKICH 24 x36 Sunflower images that I was promoting in 08.
I had a small print with me. I had just completed giving service to the
ORGANIC CENTER as their photographer. I was counting my bills
and looking at all the $$$ passing around me.
Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink????
Lynn asked me how much one of my prints would be?
I said $200.00. Then she offered $250.00, including shipping.
One of the other ladies at FRENCH MEADOW also wanted one,
and she started to promote me to others.
Right in that moment of new prosperity coming in,
a man came by and dropped samples of AMINO ACTIV in my hand.
I had a headache and stiff bones that day.
I took the Amino Acid, a harmless substitute for more serious pain killers.
THe Amino Activ worked.
Since then, I have developed a relationship with DAN ONISHUK
who works for Amino Activ. Dan is a golfer. He knows that when he
takes Amino Activ before and after 18 holes, he is ready for the next round
the next day.
I have some reservations about AMINO ACTIV that I need to express.
It really gets my energy going! When you take it, schedule in some down time
after your event. I cannot tell you how many fixes and messes it has got me through.
Last year, I remember one conference up in LA.
Every time, I sat behind the wheel of the EG MOBILE,
my leg started to go dumb! I yelled for help from Dan,
and also a new RIDER SHIATSU PAD that I use on my seat.
The dumbing leg problem went right away.
It has been about twenty days since my fall December 26.
Other than the remedies I have mentioned, I had an excellent
turnaround accupuncture treatment by WARREN SHEIR and intern
TIM CAMPBELL on Monday.
I also have been taking ORGINAL QUINTON MARINE PLASMA,
that I know is completely redoing me from inside out.
I am about 80 % better now from that fall.
A few more acupuncture treatments and continuing
on the Amino Activ and I will be in good shape by next
Thursday, the day I leave for LA and the GO GREEN EXPO.
I am going to call Dan now, and get some Amino Activ for Tony.
