I feel my body is unwinding when I am sleeping.
I attribute part of this to a new sheet I am using
that connects with the ground of the earth through
the wiring of the house.
At first I had hesitation to use such a device,
but I definitely am getting more restful sleep per minute.
I am still waking up during the night, but I am feeling very
comfy. I feel I am sleeping more deeply when i am sleeping.
I am also wearing my rabbit fur hat that is made for aviation pilots.
Lots to talk about, but getting ready for a phone coaching right now
in a few minutes.
I will watch up.
Today spent time with James, who is staying here certain days of the week.
He helped me carry plastic into the basement.
